And there you have it: the purpose of all this claptrap about “tolerance.”

Basically, the entire house of cards that is “tolerance” is built on this principle.

“Tolerance for me and not for thee.”

This is superbly illustrated by the telling of Christian parents who attended a school board meeting to voice their concerns about the schools celebrating Halloween.  What happened?

“The majority booed, jeered, and refused to listen. “These are religious objections to secular events,” declared the president of the board, Phil Faillaice. Everyone seemed to have forgotten that a different minority had, only nine months earlier, banned Christmas songs as offensive to their beliefs.”

Remember: TOLERANCE, as practiced by the NWO government types, IS A ONE-WAY STREET.

Late Saturday afternoon Pope Francis went to the Vatican grottos to pray in private for the souls of the deceased pontiffs interred there.

Pope Francis will celebrate a mass on Monday for deceased cardinals and bishops.

Nowhere in the Bible does it instruct Christians to “pray for the dead.”   Praying for the dead is not a biblical concept.

In fact, it states the opposite.  Which, one suspects, is why the pope is engaged in the practice.

What does the Bible say about praying to the dead?

The Catholic Bible–which includes books not otherwise found in the canon–justifies the practice with the following,

“It is therefore a holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead, that they may be loosed from sins.”
–2 Maccabees 12:46

(Also a misreading of 2 Timothy 1:16-18.)

But many scriptures SPECIFICALLY argue against the practice [2 Corinthians 5:6, 8, and Hebrews 9:27]

Republicans give ObamaCare “room to stumble” – This is a repeat, but it is important.  The “room to stumble” is a code phrase for “Stumble all over the lives and savings of the American people.”

This is a Corporate Media narrative excusing “do nothing while ObamaCare wreaks havoc.”

If constituents are angry at Congressman So-and-So or Senator Grumbles for taking no action against ObamaCare–when they campaigned in 2010 and 2012 on repealing ObamaCare–the gentlemen can answer,

“Oh, we were working FURIOUSLY behind the scenes!  We were allowing ObamaCare to fall of its own accord.  We were giving it room to stumble.  And that was incredibly hard to do because we really wanted to repeal it.  But giving it room to stumble (doing nothing) was the game plan.  Hey, I agree with you 100%!  ObamaCare stinks!  Come on!  Give it room to stumble!”

What’s left unsaid: how many years they are willing to give ObamaCare to “fall of its own accord.”

The good news? One suspects that the system will implode sooner than ObamaCare will stumble.

When Corporate Media like the Wall Street Journal print these types of articles, they reveal that they are not members of the “opposition.”  They reveal they are members of the Corporate Media and they will print whatever they are told.

According to the Bible, there will be great displays of the supernatural–and all the world, those whose names aren’t written in the Lamb’s book of life from the foundation of the world, will worship the dragon and his one-world religion.

The world will not be, as some suppose, one big atheistic planet.  Oh no. Faith will abound–but it won’t be faith in Jesus.  On the contrary, the world will be super-religious, sucked in and deceived into worshiping the enemies of God.

It will not be so much an ‘obliteration’ of faith as a ‘transference.’

Statement on the AntiChrist – A statement from the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod on the historical belief of the Lutheran Church on who the antichrist is.  This doctrine was actually part of Protestantism–until the advent of Ecumenicalism in the wake of the Vatican II council (1962-65).   After that, most Protestant denominations kissed and made up with Rome and dropped the “Pope is the antichrist” from their creeds and doctrines.

All in the name of “tolerance” and “brotherhood,” of course.

Today, the fruit of those decisions everywhere abounds.

The Westminster Confession of faith was a standard in most English-speaking Protestant Churches beginning roughly 1646-1650.  Today, it is much harder to find–especially the original that was used for centuries.  But it is available on the Internet. [Westminster CF]  Reading through the WCF is a revealing experience.

Of interest especially is Chapter 5 (Of Providence), something that is rarely taught these days in churches.  It is a doctrine which brings comfort, to know the hand of God is upon all things, working them out for the greatest good of those who love Him–even when those circumstances might seem disastrous to the one involved. Even when the mind of man cannot see the purpose or the greatest good.

Contrast this with the popular 2013 teachings that the devil is the author of most every difficult circumstance.

Also Chapter 25 (Of the Church) contains the following item (#6):

“There is no other head of the Church but the Lord Jesus Christ: nor can the Pope of Rome in any sense be head thereof; but is that Antichrist, that man of sin and son of perdition, that exalteth himself in the Church against Christ, and all that is called God.”

Modern revisions (that this writer is aware of) have removed everything after “…in any sense be head thereof,”
