Indignant and Offended: Real Christians do Not Dismiss God’s Word

INDIGNANT AND OFFENDED

Real Christians do not ignore or dismiss God’s Word.

However, apostate pretenders, tares and counterfeits have no problem ignoring inconvenient Scripture.

A conversation can sometimes serve as a reminder of this.  So it was with a recent conversation.

Pretend Christians fall into predictable patterns when confronted with Bible verses which they cannot answer. The usual pattern seems to be:

  1. Ignore the Bible verse.
  2. Dismiss the verse by claiming that it is “symbolic imagery” or that “it comes from a part of the Bible not meant to be understood” or some other unbiblical excuse.
  3. Quote another verse which has nothing to do with the one ignored. Any verse will do.
  4. Attack the person who originally brought up the unanswered Bible verse.
  5. Finally, act indignant and offended as an excuse to end the conversation about the Scripture. Further drama can be achieved by leaving the room.

It has happened so many times in just the way described…

“And then shall many be offended,”
Matthew 24:10

End Time Quote: Indignation

Once more: real Christians do not ignore or dismiss God’s Word.

When someone does this, it’s a tip off to their true allegiance.

End Times Survival: A Friendly Reminder

A FRIENDLY REMINDER: About End Times Preparation
A FRIENDLY REMINDER: About End Times Preparation

END TIMES PREPARATION:

PHYSICAL – NO,  SPIRITUAL – YES

There are no end to the number of Americans who are nervously looking over their shoulders at the events which seem to be lining up. They are right to feel uneasy about the future.

Of course, Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) contributes daily to their anxiousness with a never-ending cycle of articles about fear and dread: war, financial collapse, martial law. The media has also been chronicling the attempts by Americans to prepare for the future.

Americans are stashing cash away under mattresses, in freezers – Here’s a question for all of those busy beavers stashing their cash away: Do you think maybe the mystery of iniquity forgot to take into account that people would be hiding cash? That also goes for those stashing food and supplies: perhaps those who have been planning for decades on unleashing end times chaos forgot about people hiding food?!?

Nearly everyone–especially those in the apostate churches–appear to be preparing.  Physically.

There is almost a complete disregard for the preparations the Bible says must be done for times of trial and temptation.

Like separating from the world and the things of this world.

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”
1 John 2:15

It’s ironic: while many people are busy stashing away food and cash, they remain firm friends with the world and the things of this world.

When the hammer comes down, no amount of cash will save one from what is to come upon the earth.

Just as no underground bunker will save the evil elite from God’s judgment.

Underground Bunkers for the End Times: What does the Bible Say?

Just a friendly reminder.

Do You Know Jesus?

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
-–Romans 1:16

THE GOSPEL

“Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”
1 Corinthians 15:3-4
