Satan Has Counterfeited the Churches: A Counterfeit Jesus is Next

COUNTERFEITING THE CHURCH: Satan’s To Do List – One down, one to go.

“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
–Matthew 7:22-23

MORE: LORD, LORD: Who is Crying Lord, Lord?

It has taken him almost 2000 years, but Satan has counterfeited the visible Christian Church.

The prince of this world has replaced it with the End Times Church of the Tares: a counterfeit version of Christ’s church.

The proof exists in the buildings which go by the name of the churches.

They refuse to preach the gospel.

They sanction antichrist behaviors and doctrines.

They offer their many worldly good works as “evidence” they are of Jesus Christ.

But their bad fruit condemns them.

“Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?”
Matthew 7:16

During the last days, the WHOLE WORLD worships the dragon [Satan].

They do this in the existing network of buildings which are in every hamlet, town and city in the USA: the churches.

Because the people sitting in the pews are deceived and want their ears tickled, they do not have the ability nor the desire to see what they are a part of.

Satan Has Counterfeited the Christian Church

“yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.”
–John 16:2

WILL the reader be one of the ones being killed?

OR will the reader be one of the ones in the churches doing the killing?

THERE is still a little time left to change direction (repent).

THE GOSPEL

“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
1 Corinthians 15:1-8

“But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:”
2 Corinthians 4:3

SNAKE HANDLING: Observations about an Antichrist Deception

SNAKE HANDLING: No faith needed

From time to time, the Corporate Media will cover the phenomena in the apostate churches which goes by the name of “snake handling.”

The Pentecostal Serpent

The phenomena exists for the sole reason of bringing reproach on the name of Jesus Christ. Every time a snake handling hoodoo gets bitten and dies, the Corporate Media promotes it as some sort of “failure of God.”

It’s quite the opposite.

But snake handling is truly a sign of the times in which we live. A time of unbelievers demanding signs, miracles and wonders. Believers (who are walking by faith) need no signs of God’s power and protection.

Snake handlers are an offshoot of the Pentecostal movement.

“Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.” *
1 Corinthians 10:9*

A few observations:

1- Snake handling is one of the logical conclusions of Pentecostalism.

2- Many in both movements hunger for a visible sign of God–which is the exact opposite of the “faith” both Pentecostals and snake handlers protest they are displaying. Faith is what makes believers certain of things we cannot see.  If God is continually demonstrating His power, one does not need faith.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Hebrews 11:1

“For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?”
Romans 8:24

3- Snake handlers and almost all American churchgoers are sight-walkers.

“(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)”
2 Corinthians 5:7

4- Sight-walking is so prevalent in the American churches, it’s not recognized as such.

5- Snake handling is surely putting God to the test to show his power.  This is something Scripture warns believers not to do.

Of course, those who pretend to be believers will have no qualms about tempting God.  Which is exactly what snake handling is all about.  How are snake handlers any different than Satan who tempted Jesus?  Answer: they aren’t.

“And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, Being forty days tempted of the devil.

And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence: For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee: And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.”
Luke 4:1-2, 9-12

6- As stated, snake handling is a way to bring reproach upon the name of Jesus Christ.  Whenever a snake-handling preacher gets bit and dies, the world heaps ridicule upon true believers.  It matters not to the world that snake handlers are not true believers and are disobeying Scripture.

7- Snake handling (1911), like Westboro Baptist (1955), is a product of 20th century apostate American Christianity.  Both have a goal–whether unknowingly or not- of bringing reproach to the name of Jesus Christ.  Because they disparage Jesus, the Corporate Media will always promote both snake handlers and Westboro.

Westboro Baptist Church protest: Fake Christian church preaches another gospel

Both snake handlers and Westboro Baptist are tools–knowingly or not–of the mystery of iniquity.

“For the mystery of iniquity doth already work:”

END TIMES APOSTASY: Revolt not Revival

APOSTASY, NOT REVIVAL: The Bible is clear.
APOSTASY, NOT REVIVAL: The Bible is clear.

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”
2 Thessalonians 2:3

“Let no man deceive you BY ANY MEANS”

That warning should be enough.  But it hasn’t been.

What was this warning about?

Paul was warning the Thessalonikans that “that day” (the ” coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him” of 2 Thessalonians 2:1; i.e., The Day of the Lord; The Day of Christ) would not come EXCEPT first, two events had to happen.

1- except there come a falling away first, and

2- that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”

That seems to be clear enough.

Jesus won’t come back except that first, two events have to happen: the apostasia (“falling away”) and the revelation of the man of sin.

MAN OF SIN: The Man of Sin is Coming

So, Paul is revealing that there will come an apostasia (defection, apostasy, revolt) before Jesus Christ comes back.

So what do the apostate churches tell their congregations?

That they should be looking for a great end times revival!

Why are the churches abuzz with the talk of revival when the Word of God declares revolt?

Because the churches are the center of the revolt; ground zero for falling away.

Like Israel before it, and Samson before Israel, the glory of the Lord has departed the churches–and those involved do not even know it.

“And she said, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself. And he wist [knew] not that the LORD was departed from him.”
Judges 16:20

“Then the glory of the LORD departed from off the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubims.”
Ezekiel 10:18

“Though they bring up their children, yet will I bereave them, that there shall not be a man left: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them!”
Hosea 9:12

The churches are no longer the body of Christ: they are (and have been) a satanic counterfeit.

Satan Has Counterfeited the Christian Church

The revolt (the falling away) is already everywhere around us. That those in the apostate churches do not see or acknowledge their apostasy is proof enough that it is here and only the revelation of the man of sin remains.

Thessalonians 2:1 also is a verse about the timing of the rapture. But that clear enough verse (and all of the other verses) are not enough to dissuade the apostates of their “Left Behind” pre-tribulation fantasies.

Sad: many, many church-goers trust the words of a fictional series of books over the clear Word of God.

But back to the apostasia (falling away).

There are no indications in the Bible that there will be any revival of any type until Jesus returns.  Until then, believers are warned of worse and worse times.

NOT revival.

IN FACT, the Bible has NOTHING good to say about either the times or the churches in the days before Jesus Christ comes back.

“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
2 Timothy 3:1-5

(A very good description of the apostate churches and their attitudes toward what God’s Word says.)

“Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.”
2 Peter 3:3-4

“Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.”
2 Timothy 3:12-13

“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.”
1 Timothy 4:1-3

“How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.”
Jude 1:18

“Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
2 Timothy 3:7

apostasy

Does this sound like revival?

Of course not.

But the cheerful, grinning wolves in the pulpit (and their always-smiling workers of deceit among the pews) are not in the business of leading the sheep. They are in the business of deceiving while being deceived themselves.

“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”
2 Corinthians 11:13-15

So, IF anyone has ears to hear, let him hear: there is no revival until AFTER Jesus Christ returns.

Until then, all believers have to look forward to are the persecution, scoffing and mocking of this sad, lost, corrupt world and the always-increasing deceptions of Satan’s deceitful workers.

All those who say they are looking for a great end times revival before then are either 1- hopelessly deceived; or 2- hopelessly deceived and deceiving others.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
-–Romans 1:16

“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”
1 Corinthians 1:18-19
