1- Who was president when the Patriot Act was made law? (Hint: It wasn’t Obama.)
2- How many Americans–especially conservative–cheered the Patriot Act because Bush was president and the Corporate Media portrayed him as a “conservative Christian”–you know, “one of us”?
3- How many of those same conservative Americans are unhappy because the US constitution hasn’t protected them from this clearly unconstitutional law?
4- How many have learned any lessons about trusting in the governments and schemes of man to keep them safe?
5- How many will remember those lessons the next time a “crisis” appears
6- How many will remember those lessons and NOT ask the government to “do something about it”?
7- How many will remember those lessons when everyone in government is “doing something about it”?

Pope Francis: These times they are a-changin’ – Rolling Stone has made the pope the coverboy for the latest issue. The Corporate Media is friendly to all popes, but this one is getting the Obama 2008 treatment AND the Putin 2012 treatment.

This pope is being marketed to the youth of the world. Rolling Stone fell all over itself to heap praise on the pontiff. ROLLING STONE: “…a man whose obvious humility, empathy and, above all, devotion…”

In other words: the pope is cooler than anyone else on earth–even Vladamir Putin.

Why you can’t trust the government – Just a few examples with links for confirmation. For a few of these examples, it’s important for those who remember these events to remember what happened at the time.

For example, during the Waco siege in 1993, the Corporate Media and federal government portrayed the Branch Davidians as many things, none of them good. A subsequent government investigation cleared the Davidians–but by that time they were all dead.

At the time, this writer read the initial press accounts of the government’s actions and remembers saying out loud, “What have these people done to deserve this?” The answer was “Nothing.” But that didn’t stop the Corporate Media from vilifying innocent victim on a daily basis for weeks.

And many, many Americans believed what they read in the papers and heard on their TV news.

The most common remark this writer can remember hearing at the time was something on the order of “If they haven’t done anything wrong, then why is the FBI and government acting like they have?” One still occasionally hears that remark today–though not as often as in the past.

Why Legalize Now? – Posing moral decisions as economic ones is the usual way to legitimize vice. This is one example of the technique.

College Football player comes out as bi-sexual – Only the beginning…

Katy Perry, Lorde and Imagine Dragons all get early post-Grammy sales bumps – Entertainment Weekly put it like this:

“If Katy Perry is actually a witch, then she certainly cast the right spell on music buyers.”

Again, the way to legitimize vice, the way to turn any vice into virtue, is to pose it as an economic decision not a moral one. This technique has been perfected in America.

So what’s next for the Grammy’s and other music award shows? They already perform live rituals. They already simulate live sex. What’s left?

How about the real deal? Or, how about live sex as part of a ritual? Or, the ultimate: a live sacrifice as part of a televised ritual? At each stage of televised depravity, the audience, both at the show and at home appear to be largely cheering the proceedings. The suspicion is that they will continue to do so.

In fact, as the depravity deepens, the cheers will get louder. Led, as always, by the image-conscious Corporate Media and its creations, the music celebrities.

It’s later than you think. Do you know Jesus?

Gary, Indiana Family Home Possessed by Demons – Interesting because stories like these are usually meant to be read from the “Christian worldview” POV. However, there are a couple pieces of information in the article which reveal that this would be a mistake by the reader. “The family sought help from local churches and clairvoyants.”

The first part of the sentence is to give the reader the impression that it’s a Christian POV but the last (underlined) point give this away. Believers know that those “with familiar spirits” are an abomination to God according to the Bible.

“The family made an altar in their basement, burned sage and sulfur, an recited a psalm through the house.”

Same as before only this time, it’s reversed. “Reciting a psalm” is the Christian POV. “Building an altar in their basement and offering sacrifices on it!??!

I think it’s likely we now know the reason for the family’s demonic problem. However, the article proceeds as if it’s the greatest mystery.

Scientists say they have located the conscience – Impossible. If it were true, they would have already discovered a way to medically neutralize it. Come to think of it: maybe there is a reason doctors are indiscriminately prescribing anti-depressants.

(VIDEO) Prepared U Project – Another of those seemingly-endless conferences dedicated to stroking this latest generation’s ego. Nothing much happens at these affairs other than the organizers invite the speakers, the speakers pocket their fees and the attendees pay for the privilege of adding the conference to their resumes–which no one reads because there are no jobs. But the youth keep attending–mostly because the alternatives are limited.

What else are they to do? Panic is unseemly. They continue to be encouraged by those who are expected to encourage. So they continue to dedicate more of their meager resources to events such as is pictured in the video. It’s the educational equivalent to buying a lottery ticket; a vicious little hamster wheel for young Americans.

But everyone leaves happy: the organizers have the money; the guest speakers have completed another sweet gig on their calendar; and the attendees get their ears tickled.

“You know, you are really, really special. It doesn’t matter that you have no real skills. We’ll call the things you can do–like operate a cellphone–a “skill” and you will believe you are not easy pickings for life’s charlatans.”

It’s easy to see from this video exactly how valuable the information being imparted is. A combination of public education and social indoctrination have turned American youth into the equivalent of human house cats. Unfortunately, the demand for such entities is extremely low. This is one reason there is such a cultural shock when they emerge fresh from college with a piece of paper, mountains of debt and no discernible job prospects beyond what they might have obtained had they not attended.

Basically, college is now the exchange of thousands of dollars for the hope–if not the actual reality–of a future career.

Increasingly, because of the lack of desirable options upon graduation, more decide to up the ante by re-enlisting for more of what they’ve just been through: more isolation from the real world and mountains more of unforgivable debt.

It’s a racket.

But it’s a racket in which the victims are encouraged by their friends, families, society and the benefiting institutions to participate.

Does this all sound heartless? Like social pathologies such as child prostitution, one can abhor the enabling criminal structure while feeling great compassion for its many trapped victims.

[NOTE: Upon review, apparently this video link was a “live feed.” No archived video of the babbler this writer watched has been discovered. Which is too bad. It would have made a wonderful illustration. The camera alternated between a packed auditorium of hopeful, eager, young faces and the speaker, who kept calling them “millennials” while babbling on about someone on the Internet updating quotes to reflect their special-ness.

The speaker also made reference to a teen-age son. Unspoken by the speaker–who was the head of a large financial reporting company–was the fact that the best preparation any of the youth in attendance could have had was having a father who was the head of a large financial reporting company.]

21 Things Jesus wants every sinner to know…right now – Does the reader want to know what’s truly sad and pathetic to the point of tears? So many are presenting another Jesus in the hope that the world will finally love Him.

This other Jesus is “love” and and love only. No judgment. No repentance. No transformation. No submitting oneself to God.

Nothing except be friends with Lonely Jesus. Just be His friend.

Jesus has morphed into Barney the Dinosaur.

with a great big hug and a kiss from me to you
wont you say you love me too.”

Now all that is sad–but it is not Truly Sad and Pathetic to the Point of Tears. No, what’s truly sad is that after compromising and presenting this Jesus of the Weak Tea Gospel; after telling nonbelievers that they share in the same promises as believers; after not requiring anything more difficult of a sinner than to “ask.” What’s truly sad and pathetic to the point of tears is that many of those in the comments to this article reject even this watered-down, 21st century Americanized Jesus.

Not that it matters. Another Jesus hasn’t the power to save anyway, but it’s revealing that at this point in time the world doesn’t want any version of Jesus.

The Ancient Skull that challenges the Out of Africa theory – A collection of narratives put forth in the name of “history” and “science.” These narratives (fairy tales) duel with each other for the world’s prestige. What’s comical is that one story has no more proof behind it than the other, but all are pretended to be “scientific.”

The prerequisite? All the narratives have to throw around numbers like “700,000-years-old” or “12-million-year-old” or “whatever.” They are also required to pretend they believe the numbers they make up.

Here’s it works. When a a bone, a skull, a text is discovered, it will be “validated” by whomever then writes the narrative for it: the writer’s credentials, the credentials of the school the writer attended, the writer’s resume. The Corporate Media will then repeatedly refer to such authority when discussing the narrative to make it seem more real in the mind of the reader.

It’s what we call “science” or “history” in 2014 America.

This explains why the Corporate Media has turned every snow storm into the “Coldest in 105 years!” and every day in summer over 85 is “Hotter than the surface of the sun!”

In this way, the government and its media mouthpieces are able to manufacture a crisis out of something as mundane as ordinary weather. Create extreme weather and they create climate change. Create climate change and they create a crisis. Create a crisis and they create the need for a solution.

And they conveniently just happen to have a solution handy…

One gets the sneaking suspicion that one of the main reason many police departments now exist is so they can issue statements such as this one.

TIP: One of the marks of these open, public deaths seems to be that the body is left out in the open on display for hours. As a warning? As a show of power?

Court rejects Obama administration attempt to make food stamp numbers secret – As long as the Corporate Media reports that one portion of the government is opposed to another portion, people hold out hope that the corruption and darkness they see all around them can be fixed politically.

The truth is: one portion of the government is not opposed to the any other–except in arguing over how much each will make through theft–and there is no political solution for a spiritual problem. Still, most Americans will continue to search for a political solution because they have been led to believe that is the proper path to pursue. Besides, any other approach would have them examine their lives and make some changes.

Still, political solutions are the broad and easy way.

STATE OF THE UNION: Obama promises a dramatic year of action–with or without Congress – Why is it one gets the feeling that this is one promise that Barack Obama will see through? One suspects that this particular part of the president’s State of the Union speech that wasn’t “just for show.”

Arizona GOP Censure John McCain; Senator says it may motivate him to seek a sixth term – Besides the obvious question: What took them so long? there are others.

One of which is Why would any Arizona Republican vote for someone who takes pleasure in taunting the folks back home by his actions in Washington? Arizonans have been uniformly against more immigrants, yet John McCain leads the way on amnesty. And he enjoys mocking those he supposedly represents in the U.S. Senate.

Yet, IF McCain runs, he will win.

NOTE: Perhaps you are the sort of reader who enjoys “odd facts.” There are a great many places where one can go to see collections of these odd or “amazing” facts. There has been a proliferation of such sites on the Internet.

Here’s a thought: many such items only seem to be odd or amazing when thought of as random events of chance. WHAT IF they are seen as part of a whole? Well, they lose that enchanting oddness quality they supposedly have.

Odd facts work the same way as “coincidences.” A coincidence is two seemingly-related events that we’re told are NOT related via the label “coincidence.” If odd facts and coincidences are studied, one will see a quite different picture of the world around us than we have been led to believe exists.

Therefore, this week, some of these odd or amazing facts will be presented in conjunction with other facts which may shed some light that perhaps there is more at work than random acts of chance.

FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER

September 11 has been a day on which things have happened in America.

For example:

In 1776, the British and Americans held a peace conference on Staten Island, NYC on September 11 that failed to put a stop to the Revolutionary War. The colonies continued in their rebellion and eventually became the United States of America.

In 1789, the US Treasury became operational as Alexander Hamilton was appointed its first Secretary on September 11.

In 1826, Capt. William Morgan was arrested in Batavia, New York. Subsequently he was kidnapped on September 11 and the story goes, was murdered. His posthumous book was published which supposedly revealed many secrets of the Masons. Morgan’s disappearance caused such an outrage that Freemasons “went underground” in America.

By a great coincidence, four years later on September 11 1930, the Anti-Masonic political party held one of the first political conventions in America.

1893 – Parliament of the World’s Religions opened in Chicago on September 11, where Swami Vivekananda delivers his speech on fanaticism, tolerance and the truth inherent in all religions.

1919 – U.S. Marines invade Honduras. 22 years later on September 11, 1941 construction of the Pentagon began.

On September 11, 1990, President George H.W. Bush gave his Address Before a Joint Session of the Congress on the Persian Gulf Crisis and the Federal Budget Deficit. In it he made his first announcement of the coming New World Order. 25 years later, the speech is chilling to read, but at the time Americans rallied to its call.

“Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective — a new world order — can emerge: a new era — freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice, and more secure in the quest for peace. An era in which the nations of the world, East and West, North and South, can prosper and live in harmony. A hundred generations have searched for this elusive path to peace, while a thousand wars raged across the span of human endeavor. Today that new world is struggling to be born, a world quite different from the one we’ve known. A world where the rule of law supplants the rule of the jungle. A world in which nations recognize the shared responsibility for freedom and justice. A world where the strong respect the rights of the weak. This is the vision that I shared with President Gorbachev in Helsinki. He and other leaders from Europe, the Gulf, and around the world understand that how we manage this crisis today could shape the future for generations to come. The test we face is great, and so are the stakes. This is the first assault on the new world that we seek, the first test of our mettle.”.

11 years later, on September 11, 2001 the Twin Towers and Pentagon were attacked.

11 years later, on September 11, 2012 the American embassy in Benghazi, Libya was attacked.

Where have all the Big-time Grifters gone? – Where they always have been in a “democracy”: in the government. Another article of misdirection and deception–this time from the “conservative” side of the media coin.

How quantum suicide works – This is what science has become: a religion that depends on faith to believe, not observable phenomena. The author of this piece is blunt about this.

“The quantum level is the smallest level of matter we’ve detected so far in the universe. Matter at this level is infinitesimal, and it’s virtually impossible for scientists to research it in a practical manner using traditional methods of scientific inquiry.”

Because practical research is “virtually impossible” to perform, science is then reduced to a series of “thought experiments.” In other words, science has become metaphysics. Which is not science at all but philosophy.

The Corporate Media ceaselessly portrays “Christianity vs Science.”

Actually, it’s “Christianity vs Philosophy.”

And the philosophy of the Corporate Media is diametrically opposed to Christianity.

The Darkness Within

As much as I have tried to steer away from this vein of writing in recent days, I’ve had no success, and through I may meditate upon another topic, or consider other issues which are worthy of contemplation and comment, I keep returning to the basic nature of man, and how perverted it has become absent the light of God.

NOTE: It is so very easy to mis-teach what the Bible says ESPECIALLY when the all the weight of the world is behind the mis-teaching.

For example, contrary to popular tradition–no doubt due to popular songs, TV Christmas specials, plays and other media presentations–the Bible never says there were three wise men. It says there were three gifts.

Another example: political leaders quoting Mark 3:25 as one of their never-ending appeals to unity. Abraham Lincoln made a famous reference to this Bible verse.

“And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.”

This has been repeated in history books and is one of of the few instances public education allows a Bible verse to be taught.

What the politicians and history books fail to point out is that Jesus was referring to Satan’s kingdom.

What the Bible says and what we’re taught that it says are sometimes two completely different things.

This may soon become apparent.

Why is the American Dream dead in the South? – Ours is a country that invented a completely new way of expressing the sin of “covetousness“: The American Dream.

The USA has specialized in turning sins into virtues.

“Pride” or “proud of” is something that is to be proclaimed.

The lust for stuff that we call The American Dream [“Immoderate desire for the possession of something, especially for wealth.”] was never a sin in America. It was a noble calling.

Gluttony became “just getting our money’s worth” at the All-You-Can-Eat buffet.

No wonder so many Christians are proud that the USA was “founded as a Christian nation.”

Angry Birds and ‘leaky’ phone apps targeted by NSA and GCHQ for user data

“The National Security Agency and its UK counterpart GCHQ have been developing capabilities to take advantage of “leaky” smartphone apps, such as the wildly popular Angry Birds game, that transmit users’ private information across the internet, according to top secret documents.”

Although this is always spun as a “bug” or “leaky app” or a “good agency gone bad”, here’s a though: It happens so often it appears that the software and hardware manufacturers are actually working in conjunction with the NSA.

For decades, liberals were led to believe in the saving power of Big Government. Conservatives were convinced of the saving power of Big Business. Now the awful truth that all of these “Big” entities are on the same team is becoming apparent.

Remember that the next time people are standing in line fighting to get the next Apple mobile device.

Here’s a tip: gather as much of your current personal information as you can lay your hands on and send it certified mail to the NSA. Be sure to include lots of photos of your family and friends.

This will save you four or five hundred dollars and at least the NSA won’t have up-to-the-moment data on where you and your family shop, eat, hang out and what your children are doing.

The Next George Bush – Will the threats never stop?

And what is it that they desire?

It’s what they always crave: to undermine the authenticity of the Bible–even if it is only in the minds of a few, they apparently feel it is worth it.

National Geographic assures it’s readers these ruins in Turkey are “over 6000 years old.” And that they were constructed before man had learned agriculture. What does this new narrative do to all of the history and science books that state that the reason man gathered in cities was he began to till the soil?

No problem. They’ll do what they always do: print new ones and tell readers to have a laugh at the old narrative. Though if someone outside their favored circle had previously suggested that the old narrative was only the product of someone’s imagination, the Corporate Media and Corporate Education would have closed ranks and attempted to destroy that person’s reputation.

Our world is constructed of such stories. No real facts–just plenty of official-sounding conjecture with the power of the Establishment Education and Media and Government behind it.

True Christianity threatens this structure because true Christians believe the Bible is the Word of God. This challenges the ever-changing fairy tales put together by the mystery of iniquity and presented as “scientific knowledge,” “mathematical certainty” and whatever other official-sounding titles they can hang onto these tales.

Eliminate the Bible as the source of Truth and the truth becomes whatever appears in the latest issue of National Geographic. Or some other Corporate Media mouthpiece.

And now readers know why the Corporate Media wages a relentless, 24/7 battle attempting to undermine the Bible.

This narrative about Göbekli Tepe, while creative, is just one more brick in the wall.

It’s fairly certain there would be no interest on the part of the WatchBot folks to read what this writer would have to say about their product–beginning with the creepy logo. Interested readers may check it out at the link.

Upon further reflection (and after another trip to the product’s website [linked above]) a few observations are in order.

“Supporting this movie will not only save lives, but it will reveal the untold story of the crisis pregnancy. It is telling that today, days after the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision, this life-affirming film is hitting theaters nation-wide with the world’s biggest stars!”

(Guess they forgot to mention that it was the 42nd anniversary of Roe v Wade.)

Just a thought: How could any film named after a song by the satanic Rolling Stones possibly be a life-affirming experience? Gimme Shelter was a blood-and-gore, rape-loot-and-pillage song. The chorus features the female singer “repeatedly singing “Rape, murder; It’s just a shot away, It’s just a shot away,”

The email was correct: that is powerful.

This is how the professional pro-life movement works: Collect lots of money, everybody act busy and 42 years later, they’re still sending letters promising “One more supreme court judge and we’ll beat this thing yet–we just need a little bit more money to put us over the top.”

And now this is their proposed solution: hyping a Hollywood movie as a way to “send a message”?

“I want to see the Personhood movement support this film at the box office this weekend and make it the #1 film in America!”

After 40 years, any message that isn’t “Abortion has been illegal for the last 35 years” is a message doesn’t need an immense fundraising machine to send. After the complete and utter failure of the pros in the pro-life movement to achieve any rollback to the murders, how can they ask for another penny or another meaningless march?

The professional pro-lifers are always all about “symbolic” gestures proclaimed as “victories.” And they are very familiar with symbolic victories– because they don’t have any actual ones to celebrate.

After spending the last 42 years peddling a political solution for a spiritual problem, the pro-lifers’ have achieved only three wins:

1- They have succeeded in incrementally regulating murder in some states;
2- They play a mean game of “rope-a-dope” with the pro-aborters, each using the other to scare money from its side; and consequentially,
3- They have pried a ton of cash from the wallets of well-meaning Americans.

If the pro-abortion side didn’t exist, the pro-life professionals would have had to invented them–just for the fundraising.

In 1972 when the supreme court imposed abortion on the USA, practically the entire country was against abortion. It’s hard to see how the pro-life movement could have been defeated any worse if the abortion folks had been running things.

It’s almost like they were just pretending to fight.

Like they wanted to lose.

While there’s been a shortage of victories, there’s never been a shortage of reasons why nothing has happened in the last 42 years to stop the slaughter. Not once have they ever run out of reasons they have been so totally, abjectly, unconditionally unsuccessful.

By all means, take the entire family to see their movie.

At least then someone can claim a victory.

3– The Super Bowl, America’s second-biggest secular holiday–second only to Christmas–is coming up next week and here’s a website which has videos of the Super Bowl ads. Well, that’s not quite true. Although the website is called “2014 Super Bowl Ads” it doesn’t have any videos of the actually ads. What it DOES have are the “teaser videos” for the Super Bowl ads. That’s how far gone we are: the commercials have their own video trailers to entice viewers to tune in to watch the genuine full-length commercials.

4- Working through these new 99 emails takes a little while!

As has happened with all user-supplied content sites, BIN has suffered from the death of real information. For the most part, the media have always been tools of deception. But formerly, there were small pockets of reliable information. Those little pockets have largely been bought out, sold out or wiped out.

Originally, the thought was that BIN had been co-opted by the powers of darkness. But upon examining the founder’s pedigree (he currently serves on the board of directors of a “rapidly growing personal intelligence company”) maybe it was headed the way it’s going from the beginning.

The site is now an unappetizing gruel of sensationalism, scaremongering, dishonest reporting and in some cases, outright falsehoods. Most days, it operates more as a clearinghouse of gossip and second-hand rumors than news.

Most “analysis” seems to consist of putting an ! or !!! after the headline and a slavish devotion to the deceptive narratives offered by the Corporate Alternative Media.

One tried-and-true trick is to post a story with a headline that calls attention to a legitimate concern readers may have; such as, “The USA is becoming less free every day” Okay, good enough. But after hooking the reader with the headline, the article then offers a video–or three or five–that feature Corporate Media or Corporate Christian talking heads offering deception as a “solution” to the readers’ concern.

Another is the “news story” which is little more than propaganda created to appeal to the readers’ emotions. (Modern advertising consists entirely of propaganda. Advertising is made up of appeals to the readers’ emotions and senses in an effort to bypass any decision-making based on conscious thought.) Like advertising and propaganda, these “news” stories are written to persuade rather than inform.

One recent example is Guess What Group is Getting Food Stamps at an Alarming Rate?

“Food stamp rolls have been growing rapidly. But what many may not realize is that participation among able-bodied adults without dependents (ABAWDs) has been skyrocketing compared to the total number of participants. That’s just one reason Congress should reform the food stamp program in the farm bill now under consideration. In just four years, the number of able-bodied adults without dependents (ABAWDs) on the food stamp rolls skyrocketed by over 2 million.”

So, before readers become angry at these obvious ABAWD freeloaders, a few questions might be asked.

How have these “ABAWDs” come to be on the food stamp rolls? Did they wake up one morning and decide “I’ll quit my job to get $189/month of “free” food!” Is there any other information which might explain these people registering for food stamps? Does the increase in ABAWDs have anything to do with the massive real increase in unemployment during the last four years? How about the chronic unemployment rate? Does that have anything to do with this increase?

Are these ABAWDs now considered part of the “welfare crowd” that middle class America has long been taught to look down on? What about the person who has worked their whole lives and lost their job because their company is one of the hundreds which has moved overseas? Are they part of this mad rush by ABAWDs to take advantage of the compassionate US government?

And the solution offered is “Congress should reform the food stamp program in the farm bill now under consideration.”

The insinuation is that “reform = cutting the number of people eligible.” Yes, everyone knows the guy who abuses food stamps. The Corporate Media never tires of running those stories. ”

“They’ll just cut those bums out, right? Just the druggies trading food stamps for drugs, right? They have to do something about those drugs! Surely they’ll leave food stamps for the ones who really need them, right?”

The food stamp program has been chopped over the last six months and more cuts are on the way.

The writing is on the wall: food stamps are being slowly and silently terminated–just as many in the middle class (whose tax dollars enabled these “safety net” programs for decades) will likely find that they need some help. As the pension and Social Security systems go belly-up, many retired workers will turn to the “safety net” programs they spent years deriding–and they will find that those programs are no longer there.

Or worse, food stamps will still be there for the professional welfare bums–but honest Americans who just need a little help will not be eligible.

And, to pour salt in the wound, as food stamps were have been defunded, many of these formerly middle class Americans cheered. Who ever thought they would need them?

“Hey, I worked my whole life! I never asked anybody for anything!”

But what about the easy prescription everyone once offered (Get a job!)? Plenty of jobs still at McDonald’s, right?

In 2014 America, “Get a job” is just so many empty words: Where the few jobs are becoming fewer by the day.

No job and now, no safety net.

Won’t that whole situation be–frustrating?

(NOTE: What will be the reaction of all of those “hard-working Americans“? Might they be angry? What’s the potential to manipulate millions of angry Americans into revolting against a government which obviously scammed them for decades? (Does history record the manipulation of another people who were angry at the orchestrated collapse of their economy?)

Doesn’t that just make a patriot’s blood boil? Might some of these angry Americans be led by a group which features a serpent on its flag and is named after a group of earlier Americans who revolted against the authorities and took the law into their own hands?

(“But that’s different! It was for a good cause!“)

Might these suddenly-broke Americans finally be persuaded that a benevolent one-world government is more to be trusted than the corrupt criminal cartels which have run the USA government into the ground? Could anything be worse than the swindlers which confiscated everything these older Americans worked their whole lives for? Those crooks left them poverty-stricken! What about their children? What did they ever do to deserve this? Somebody has to do something!

“Are you a man or a mouse? We have to take back our country! Are you a patriot or do you support the traitors?”

“You must be a Bush-lover! Even worse, you must be an Obama-lover! Doesn’t matter: they’re all crooks!”

Who will take care of those scoundrels? Who will things right? How about the UN? We hate the UN, but what else is there? Besides, it will only be for a very short while–just long enough to fix the good old USA. Before you know it, it will be good as new! The way it used to be! It will be new and improved–but at the same time, it will be like it was when America was great!

The way it was intended to be!

As a Christian country!

Well, not a strictly Christian country you understand; we have freedom of religion and all.

“The US constitution is the greatest document ever devised by man!”

(Funny how the US Constitution is always used to protect previously-unheard-of rights for an unknown, unseen minority. But Nine supreme court justices never seem to agree on the rights of the majority. There’s never any “right” too small to protect–as long as it tramples on the majority’s beliefs. The US constitution has been the primary tool to move America to where she is today. It’s a document that made slavery the supreme law of the land for 76 years; created a right for killing babies and made homosexual “marriage” a legal possibility. Sheer genius, actually.)

But seriously, the Brand New USA 2.0 will be a SPIRITUAL country. Everybody knows Americans are a religious people. Always have been! Our founding fathers were good religious people! And most Christians know that “Spiritual” really mean “Christian.” Doesn’t it?

Well, doesn’t it?

Back to BeforeItsNews.

This slow discrediting of BIN as a reliable information source is a sad state of affairs (This writer still posts the very occasional article there). But it is one that seems to have been a well-thought out strategy.

This promotion of rumors, gossip and sensationalized half-truths appears to have accomplished a few purposes.

1- The discrediting of anything that appears on BeforeItsNews. There is so much unreliable information that good info gets sludged under–which seems to be the idea. It is this writer’s experience that original BIN readers now tend to automatically discount anything that appears on the site–especially if its from a “Featured” contributor. There is still some good information on BIN, though it’s very hard to find. It’s not the type of article the site is promoting.

2- Though the traffic numbers are good (over 420 million readers in the last 6 years), the type of person who depends on BIN for their information has changed. Where once the site was a good source of under-reported local news and a good source of unreported analysis, now it’s a vast swamp of unconfirmed and unsupported gibberish. Again, this seems to have been the idea. Serious readers have largely move on in search of places where the information is more reliable. They have been replaced by those who have only the slightest acquaintance with research.

3- By repackaging the deceptions peddled by the Corporate Alternative Media, the BIN “Featured” crew has, over the course of five years, changed the themes which dominate the site. The promotion of a “New American Revolution” is evident to anyone who spends a little time perusing the site. So are “mysteries,” “physical prepping” (which naturally includes the ceaseless hair-raising narratives of the physical gold market) and the “unexplained.” [Example: Starwater confirmed: Proves Life is Universal] These are not presented as “conjecture” but as “news.”

There was always a sprinkling of such articles, but in 2014, these types of articles dominate the site’s front page.

And the verdict of the discussion in which this writer was involved?

BeforeItsNews has become more of a social media site than a news source. The information obtained from BIN is every bit as dependable as that which can be found on the average Facebook page.

Sad–but expected.

CLARIFICATION: Tuesday’s offering (January 21-22, 2014) compared ABC News’ George Stephanopolous slobbering over Russia’s Vladamir Putin to teen girls during Beatlemania. The comparison was made without taking into account the history of the Beatles’ first arrival to the USA and the Corporate Media feeding frenzy that ushered the Brits into the American consciousness.

The Beatles visit--advertised on over 5 million posters across the USA–kicked off in February 1964. The media featured the group prominently in entertainment, evening newscasts and on movie theater news reels. One popular theme of this “news” highlighted the “generation gap” between parents and older authority figures and the youth.

It is frequently used for humorous or dramatic effect. For this reason, it is extremely popular among comedians and satirists.

The Corporate Media has the awesome power to shape public opinion–and that’s the engine that moves a dumbed-downed pluralistic society such as ours. Over the past year or so, the Corporate Media has been exalting Vladamir Putin as a sort of Marvel super-hero.

Swimming, judo, fighting fake animals crushing boulders with his bare hands: the media has shown more pictures of Vladamir Putin in action than Arnold Schwarzenegger used to get when he was promoting an action movie.

Like good little herded animals, American public opinion follows where the Corporate Media/Entertainment leads them.

THIS IS NOT the AMERICA of 50 YEARS AGO – Harry Reid Gutted, Turned into Shark Bait – Having covered politics, this writer understands the art of rhetorical fisticuffs. But this is a little over-the-top. This is the level of what passes for discussion in 2014 America. No wit, no gentle rhetorical jabs. There’s only two tools in the American verbal toolbox: a hammer and a meat cleaver. It’s all about anger, both real and feigned.

This rhetorical behavior is a learned one. It’s learned by living in America: it’s in the media; in the entertainment; in the politics; in the sports.

There’s no escaping it.

This was received in the email from a Tea Party group with the link pointing to joining in the “discussion.”

Speaking of email…

VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE EMAIL ME: I know this because they tell me they are important. Within a space of about 4 hours Monday morning, the email saw missives from these very important people. The first was signed:

“So-and-so, Administrator, XXX Command Center (!)

Then a veritable flood of emails was received by “So-and-so-and-so, Senior Administrator, XXX Command Center”

These were joined by electronic epistles from various organizations featuring a “National Director,” “Asst. National Director,” a “founder” and a “Senior Reporter.”

All this before 9 a.m.!

It almost made one cry to hit the “Trash” button.

THE WISDOM OF THIS WORLD – “Everybody Dies Not Everybody Lives. Live life to its fullest.” The World never ceases to emphasize that this vapor; this fleeting 60-80 years is all that there is.

Found in a Junk Shop: Secrets of an Undiscovered Visionary Artist – Just one of the many snippets of evidence from the last two centuries which point to UFOs being a cover story–not a cover-up–perpetrated by the elite which now control the government of the USA (and other countries). This helps explain various odd newspaper stories from 19th century America. Such articles reported well-dressed men and women debarking from “flying machines” to take in the local sights and departing. One such article reported a well-dressed elite woman shooting partridges from the deck of such an airship.

This article, while very informative, puts the customary spin to discredit the information that is in black and white before the reader. This is the purpose of such articles: not to inform, but to “nudge” readers who may have some information on the subject into “preferred conclusions.” These types of articles regularly appear in every field, providing no new information but rehashing information which has surfaced through extra-Corporate Media sources. The article then attempts to lead the reader to dismiss what he is reading.

“But even Navarro, despite his exhaustive research, had his doubts about Charles Dellschau’s story and how much of it was fiction. Were they tall tales to keep an old man entertained? Or were they true accounts of his youth, perhaps innocently exaggerated here and there?”

Many are the places the story of Charles Dellschau has turned up in the media. All of them chipping in on the discrediting theme.

MORE: Secrets of the Sonoma Aero Club – There’s much more on this subject for the interested researcher with the time and inclination to piece together this puzzle–though these things do have a way of disappearing. As can be imagined, this information was once, and continues to be, a closely-held secret. It has been reported that occasionally, members who shared the club’s secrets with outsiders met with unfortunate accidents.

By the greatest coincidence, an ad appeared in the 1949 New York Times–it only ran for several days–promising to fly prospective clients and their equipment to California. But the ad suddenly disappeared–as did the gentleman who placed it.

One further great coincidence: About the same time, the founder and first editor–a man by the name of Rufus Porter– of Scientific American (a publication to which Albert Einstein later contributed) published a book titled Aerial Navigation: The Practicality of traveling pleasantly and safely to California in Three Days. As can no doubt be imagined, this book excited great interest.

Readers may rightly ask: how could anyone keep such information from the public? One answer is one that is still regularly used today: most people intellectually turn tail and run at the first sign of ridicule.

Every day in 2014 America, the Corporate Media puts this observation of human nature to good use.

One other answer is that a great many things have been kept from the American public–and one suspects that most Americans (despite their demands that “I have a right to know!”)– desires it to be so.

Eagle Scout. Idealist. Drug Trafficker? – Interesting account. Hard to tell how much is media deception and how much is government-generated deception. One suspects, from a few of the printed details, that this fellow may have been framed. But was he? Interesting.

Only in a dumbed-down, propaganda-battered, Corporate Media-corrupted country such as the USA could a charlatan such as Dyer have prospered.

Synopsis: Jonah was ordered to deliver a message to Ninevah: repent or die. Jonah did not want to go and tried to run from God. After a few adventures at sea, Jonah obeyed. After warning Ninevah of God’s judgment, the city sincerely repented and cried out for forgiveness. God heard their the citizens of Ninevah and withheld the destruction.

This angered Jonah as he hung around outside the city, waiting for its destruction. The headline is totally correct: Ruling is in the genes. The elite are related by blood.

Of course this goes against the indoctrination that most Americans received in public school. But it does not go against what most Americans have seen with their eyes over the years. Certainly Americans can’t failed to have noticed how many congressmen and senators are children of former congressmen and senators? How many former actors and professional athletes are turning up in politics? How many actors turn up in music? How many musicians become actors?

At the top of the world’s food chain, it’s all one big incestuous, one-world family.

The Corporate Media exerts a power over Americans’ lives that few can fathom. Whenever a new social pathology is being mainstreamed into society, the Corporate Media hails this as “progress.” Doesn’t matter if it’s teen-age fornication, homosexuality, pornography, unwed pregnancies, gambling, abortions or the feminist movement: the Corporate Media never met a sin it couldn’t enthusiastically promote.

Do not think that Galavis and Duck Dynasty‘s Phil Robertson aren’t performing important services when they call homosexuality “perverted” and “sin.” (It is both.) But the media publicizes such utterances–it certainly doesn’t have to–because it serves their purpose. That purpose can a number of things, but in both of the examples, the purpose will be made manifest soon enough. Watch for it.

EARTHQUAKES/WEATHER/PESTILENCE

Man-made earthquakes increase dramatically – The Bible clearly says that one of the signs of the end times will be earthquakes in many places. This would seem to warn of increased frequency of earthquakes.

“For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.”
—Matthew 24:7

“For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.”
—Mark 13:8

“And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.”
—Luke 21:11

These three quotes of Jesus–from the great end times chapters: Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21–are the only places in the Bible where the word “earthquakes” (plural) is used.

The last thing the enemy wants is for Christians to be aware of the times.SO, what are the Corporate Media and its minions to do about the dramatic increase in earthquakes all over the world?

It appears that the media is using a three-pronged approach to deceive.

1- Deny that there has been an increase in earthquakes.

2- Emphasize that many earthquakes are man-made, somehow “disqualifying” the increase.
3- Deny that the Bible says that earthquakes will increase in the end times. Claim the recent earthquakes somehow fail to meet Biblical standards.

“Two questions should be raised: First, has there actually been an increase in earthquake activities? And second, does Jesus really say there will be an increase in earthquakes before He returns?”

The “Associates for Biblical Research” answers “no” to both of its questions.

Jesus warned of “earthquakes in divsers (many) places” before He returned.

But even more so than earthquakes, Jesus warned of the overwhelming deception that would blanket the world.
