HBO presents a “Rapture” with the Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, and Jewish being raptured – It just keeps getting worse and worse–and we’re not at the bottom yet.  But then, the Left Behind series had a pope getting raptured.  Of course, anyone who depends on Left Behind for their eschatology is in for a breathtakingly shocking awakening.

Or maybe not.  The one thing that should put the fear of God into all who call themselves Christians is 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12.

“And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”

—2 Thessalonians 2:10-12

ALL who received not a love of the truth will be sent “strong delusion” so that they might believe the lie.  Then they will ALL perish; they will ALL “be damned.”  Paul doesn’t indicate there will be exceptions made for good church attendance or tithing.

Do you have a love for the truth?  Or do you have a love for what’s peddled by men like Tim LeHaye and Jerry Jenkins, the two men behind Left Behind?

The New Age/New Spirituality’s Alternative to Armageddon – The Selection Process – More creepy revelations from another false Christ and the woman who became his lapdog.  What particularly interesting about Barbara Marx Hubbard and her revelations: they fit in quite nicely with all those taught by the Dominion Theology guys.  When it comes to designating true followers of Christ as “evil” and “cleansing the earth,” The New Apostolic Reformation, IHOP-KC (The International House of Prayer) and the New Age are all on the same page.  In fact, it’s really hard to tell them apart.

The New Age talks of a “purification” process that will “select out” those who believe they are not divine (true believers). The Dominion Theology folks also talk of a great worldwide cleansing of those who won’t get onboard with their worldwide whore Church.

One other item that the New Age false Christs and the false apostles and prophets of the New Apostolic Reformation have in common: they are all waiting for a “Second Planetary Pentacost.”  This has been talked about for decades in New Age circles.  It’s now being taught in Christian churches as a good thing; as something to be “anticipated” and “expected.”  That the outpouring of power will be a sign of God.

Of course, none of this is in the Bible but that never stops deluded pew-sitters–anxious (as always) to make peace with the world–and the ones who lead them around by the noses.

We’re told in Revelation 12:9 that Satan “deceiveth the whole world.”  But to actually see pew-sitters fall for the enemy’s tricks when the Bible has laid out the ENTIRE ENEMY GAME PLAN is most frustrating; always tragic.

Warren Smith has always does a good job of exposing New Age deceptions.  But there is one pitfall in listening to the New Age preachers and their false Christs; the demonic forces which are the false Christs have one goal and one goal only: they want to deceive mankind.  As that is a fact, is it wise to take what these deceivers say at face value?

Occult Practices and Public Schools

I am becoming increasingly alarmed at the occult practices that are being introduced to my children in public school and even in kindergarten.  As momentum increases to try to remove Christian Religious Education from public schools, it alarms me that I see the pagan influences increasing.

“And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.”

Many make much of the word translated as “sorceries” with all sorts of speculation about end times illegal drug use.  But the same word is also translated in Galatians 5:20 as “witchcraft.”  So, there’s not a lot of wiggle room for those who want the real meaning: the occult will be one of the “Big Four” sins of the last days according to Revelation 9:20-21.  More than one commentator has tied the “sorceries” (one of the meaning being “enchantment”) to the world’s wondering after the miracles and power displays by the workers of iniquity in the counterfeit Church.

When It’s Time to Leave a Church

THE BIBLE SAYS GOD HATES SINNERS, NOT JUST THE SIN – Thank goodness someone brought this up.  “Love the sinner, hate the sin” was coined by GANDHI!  It’s certainly one of the top things not found in the Bible that “Christians” are fond of quoting.  The other one at the top is “God helps those who help themselves.”  Totally unbiblical.  As someone more accurately put it: “God helps those who HUMBLE themselves.”  (NOTE: It’s more accurate to say the phrase was POPULARIZED by Gandhi but coined by Augustine. h/t:DI)

FOUR DIALOGUES

Sometimes, antichrist Hollywood pulls back the curtain and let’s viewers take a peek.  The reader should be cautioned that Hollywood is still ultimately in the business of deception.  But very occasionally, on its way to that  deception, the viewer is given a look at what’s going on behind what is called “the real world.”

Four movie dialogues which reveal a little of what goes on behind the scenes of the “real world.”

1- In the 1997 movie, Devil’s Advocate, Satan is talking to his son.  Though he is the father of lies, it’s hard to argue with Satan’s assessment of the times.  Though the assessment is true, it does reveal Satan’s overarching defect; the sin that led to his downfall: pride.

JOHN MILTON (SATAN): He’s (God) a sadist.  He’s an absentee landlord.  Worship that?  Never!

KEVIN (HIS SON): “Better to reign in hell, than to serve in heaven,” is that it?

JOHN MILTON (SATAN): Why not? I’m here on the ground with my nose in it since the whole thing began! I’ve nurtured every sensation man has been inspired to have! I cared about what he wanted and I never judged him. Why? Because I never rejected him, in spite of all his imperfections! I’m a fan of man! I’m a humanist. Maybe the last humanist. Who, in their right mind, Kevin, could possibly deny the 20th century was entirely mine? All of it, Kevin! All of it! Mine! I’m peaking, Kevin. It’s my time now. It’s our time.

2- In the 1957 film, A Face in the Crowd, a former hobo who becomes an overnight media star moves into TV, gets a big head, puts his foot in his mouth and loses his job.  An older writer on his show clues him in how Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) works–or at least how it was working in the 1950s.

Lonesome Rhodes: Listen, I’m not through yet. You know what’s gonna to happen to me?

Mel Miller: Suppose I tell you exactly what’s gonna happen to you. You’re gonna be back in television. Only it won’t be quite the same as it was before. There’ll be a reasonable cooling-off period and then somebody will say: “Why don’t we try him again in a inexpensive format. People’s memories aren’t too long.” And you know, in a way, he’ll be right. Some of the people will forget, and some of them won’t. Oh, you’ll have a show. Maybe not the best hour or, you know, top 10. Maybe not even in the top 35. But you’ll have a show. It just won’t be quite the same as it was before. Then a couple of new fellas will come along. And pretty soon, a lot of your fans will be flocking around them. And then one day, somebody’ll ask: “Whatever happened to, a, whatshisname? You know, the one who was so big. The number-one fella a couple of years ago. He was famous. How can we forget a name like that? Oh by the way, have you seen, a, Barry Mills? I think he’s the greatest thing since Will Rogers.”

The film also had the one-liner: “I’ll say one thing for him, he’s got the courage of his ignorance.”

3- In the 1976 film Network (which is a hard film to run down these days for some reason despite the fact it won four Oscars [including one for Best Supporting Actress for a woman who was only onscreen for 5 minutes forty seconds the entire film]), former newscaster Howard Beale, becomes a media sensation by tapping into the anger of the masses; Beale essentially ending each show by becoming demonically possessed on the air.

Perhaps the film was too honest.  The following New World Order rant is delivered in a solitary darkened boardroom by corporate chairman Arthur Jensen (who transformed into his own possessed state during this monologue) to his star performer, Howard Beale.  (As an interesting side note, Jensen begins flashing the 666 hand signs several times during his monologue, beginning at the 1:10 mark of the scene.)

Arthur Jensen: You have meddled with the primal forces of nature, Mr. Beale, and I won’t have it! Is that clear?! Do you think you’ve merely stopped a business deal? That is not the case. The Arabs have taken billions of dollars out of this country, and now they must put it back! It is ebb and flow, tidal gravity! It is ecological balance! You are an old man who thinks in terms of nations and peoples. There are no nations. There are no peoples. There are no Russians. There are no Arabs. There are no third worlds. There is no West. There is only one holistic system of systems, one vast and immane, interwoven, interacting, multi-variate, multi-national dominion of dollars. Petro-dollars, electro-dollars, multi-dollars, reichmarks, rins, rubles, pounds, and shekels. It is the international system of currency which determines the totality of life on this planet. That is the natural order of things today. That is the atomic and sub-atomic and galactic structure of things today! And you have meddled with the primal forces of nature, and You Will Atone!

Am I getting through to you, Mr. Beale? You get up on your little twenty-one inch screen and howl about America and democracy. There is no America. There is no democracy. There is only IBM and ITT and AT&T and DuPont, Dow, Union Carbide, and Exxon. Those are the nations of the world today. What do you think the Russians talk about in their councils of state – Karl Marx? They get out their linear programming charts, statistical decision theories, minimax solutions, and compute the price-cost probabilities of their transactions and investments, just like we do. We no longer live in a world of nations and ideologies, Mr. Beale. The world is a college of corporations, inexorably determined by the immutable by-laws of business. The world is a business, Mr. Beale; it has been since man crawled out of the slime. And our children will live, Mr. Beale, to see that perfect world in which there’s no war or famine, oppression or brutality – one vast and ecumenical holding company, for whom all men will work to serve a common profit, in which all men will hold a share of stock – all necessities provided, all anxieties tranquilized, all boredom amused. And I have chosen you, Mr. Beale, to preach this evangel.

Howard Beale: Why me?

Arthur Jensen: Because you’re on television, dummy. Sixty million people watch you every night of the week, Monday through Friday.

Howard Beale: I have seen the face of God.

Arthur Jensen: You just might be right, Mr. Beale.

4- Lastly, in 1999’s The Matrix, it is explained to the protagonist, Neo, that he lives in a make-believe world.  That the “reality” that he–and everyone else believes–is not reality at all but a manufactured, false reality to hide the truth.

This scene offers the ultimate explanation of what the world accomplishes through sin, of being blinded by sin, of how the world blinds those in it to God’s truth through the use of sin, of how sin makes people slaves.  The scene where Neo emerges from that false reality was what this writer thought of when God opened his eyes and pulled him from the world. Being pulled from that dark, false reality was a physical change.

But The Matrix wasn’t trying to get this message of the world blinding people through sin to true believers.  “Morpheus” was a pagan god of dreams. It was taunting Christians–and everyone else–about how the puppetmasters were pulling everyone’s strings without the puppets being the least bit aware of it all.

Morpheus: Let me tell you why you’re here. You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t explain, but you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life, that there’s something wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is, but it’s there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me. Do you know what I’m talking about?

Neo: The Matrix.

Morpheus: Do you want to know what it is?

Neo: Yes.

Morpheus: The Matrix is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work… when you go to church… when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.

Neo: What truth?

Morpheus: [leans in closer to Neo] That you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else you were born into bondage. Born into a prison that you cannot smell or taste or touch. A prison for your mind.

 

Don’t think for a moment that any of these dialogues were meant as a warning.  They were meant as “inside jokes” to be understood by those “in the know;” to be understood properly by those in a particular group, of which those who labor in Hollywood are an integral part.

Deception in the Church – In it’s rush to become like the world to win the world, the church has abandoned the Truth and become deceived like the world.

“How can the reader know when the Corporate Media is lying to him (never mind the fact that the media is Satan’s Mouthpiece Satan is the father of lies)?  One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article.  When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline, what follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master.”  “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events.
