End Times Buying and Selling

“And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”
Revelation 13:14-18

The end times are a time of many great changes.

“WHAT ARE THE CHANCES an event would occur which enables GREAT CHANGES to take place and yet appear to be just reactions to random happenings of chance?”

“WHAT ARE THE CHANCES that an event WHICH HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE occurs during a time the Bible informs is FULL of events WHICH HAVE NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE?”

“Shouldn’t someone be watching to see if any more events take place WHICH HAVE NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE?”

“WHAT ARE THE CHANCES that a dread disease would suddenly pop up NOW which affects the whole population of the world–something that has NEVER occurred before in the thousands of years man has walked the earth?”

The reader should be wide-eyed and aware that many of those changes will concern themselves with buying and selling.

What kind of changes about buying and selling?

Oh, maybe the claimed necessity that ALL purchases be “authenticated.”

Maybe that ALL purchases need to be recorded somehow.

Perhaps ALL purchases be mandated to be made in advance so that a governing authority has time to check and see if the buyer is approved to make a purchase.

These changes will be introduced and promoted and the MAJORITY of the public will eventually accept them because they seem so innocent and reasonable.

IF the reader is watching, he should watch ANY and ALL changes which have ANYTHING to do with buying or selling. The reader should particularly watch for all instances of it being legal and proper to REFUSE to SELL a product or service to a willing buyer.

Revelation 13:16-18 should make it fairly clear as to WHY the reader should do this.

Although most will be more concerned with “fitting in” and “adapting” to the changes, the wise reader would note the changes and act accordingly.

“And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.”

IS the reader aware of the many changes currently taking place concerning buying and selling?

It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

DOES the reader believe he is saved?

The Stories Men Tell in the End Times

The end times are a time of GREAT deception.

The end times are also a time of GREAT change.

But, in addition, the end times are also a time when MANY stories are told in order to better ease the population into this time of deception and change.

ALL end times stories share a few features which mark them as nothing more than end times stories of man.

1- ALL end times storytelling will put forth a GOOD REASON the deception and change are taking place.

This is even more important IF the changes are unpopular–as they most often are.

2- ALL the GOOD REASONS in the end times stories will sound REASONABLE.

However, that which may sound REASONABLE to man may be an abomination to God.

“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”
–Proverbs 14:12

3- ALL end times stories will attempt to lead the listener/reader to the conclusion that whatever the story is about is a foregone conclusion and cannot be altered by whether the reader agrees with the changes or not.

So the listener/reader should give up, go along with the rest of humanity and “make the best of things.”

Some end times stories make “Give-up-it-is-inevitable” the focus of the story; some end times stories only plant the seed of inevitability in the reader’s awareness.

Even those stories which seem to support a contrary point of view will admit that they do not have a very popular/strong/logical position on whatever issue is being discussed.

Eventually, those storytellers who tell contrary stories–often leading the oppositioin with very public, very defiant words–will eventually “give in” and advise their readers/listeners/followers on ways to “make the best of it.”

4- ALL end times stories will further the end times plans of men as detailed in the Bible–a book most men no longer believe.

Particularly the end times plans of men as described in great detail in the Book of Revelation.

5- Regardless of the many men who do not believe the Bible, ALL end times stories will challenge the Word of God.

Doesn’t that seem unusual?

These are five characteristics of ALL end times stories.

DOES the reader start out WANTING to believe the many stories he is told?

It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

DOES the reader believe he is saved?

DOES the reader believe one can prepare for what is to come upon the earth?

DOES the reader believe that by doing so, one can thwart God’s plans?
