A recent conversation revolved around the various events of the end times–particularly the events which set up those happenings which occur in the last days which are familiar to all those who study their Bibles.
The following are a few which were discussed.
1- The end times worldwide government and the man of sin.
It is surprising how many believe the man of sin debuts as the head of the worldwide government.
But this is NOT what the Bible teaches.
The worldwide government appears first AND THEN the man of sin shows up to hijack its system.
We can know this for several reasons.
A- The Bible talks of the end times fourth beast having control over the entire earth.
“Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.”
–Daniel 7:23
B- This beast government FIRST takes control AND THEN it is given a “mouth” (the man of sin).
“And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.”
–Revelation 13:1,5,7
C- Initially the power in the beast government resides with ten kings. BUT THEN, the man of sin shows up, deposes three of the kings. Apparently this takeover confuses and frightens the remaining seven kings because the man of sin then begins calling the shots.
“And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.”
–Revelation 17:12
“And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.”
–Daniel 7:24
“After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots”
–Daniel 7:7-8
D- But the seven kings who were frightened by the man of sin?
They have their revenge–LATER.
Especially on the man of sin’s worldwide satanic (whore) religious system.
“And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.”
–Revelation 17:16-17
So, to recap: FIRST, the worldwide government takes over AND THEN, some time later (It is not written how long), the man of sin and his false religious system takes over and rides the government to dizzying heights–until the whore religious system is destroyed by the beast government.
2- Though the man of sin’s religious system is destroyed by the remaining kings of the earth, the man of sin is assisting the world’s leadership at the time Jesus returns.
“And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.”
–Revelation 16:13-14,16
“And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.”
–Revelation 19:19-20
3- Before the worldwide government takes control, it is speculated that the USA suffers some cataclysm which makes the Americans still alive want someone to save them.
This someone will be the leader of the worldwide government. This great cataclysm looks to be war: a war that the USA APPEARS to lose–and lose badly.
“And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.”
–Revelation 13:3
“And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.”
–Revelation 13:14
4- With all of the end times chaos and upheaval, it is speculated that some in the USA will be involved in some kind of revolt.
This revolt will be encouraged by Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) and by agents provocateurs who have been busy at this for years.
This revolt–which is crushed without mercy–accomplishes a few things, chief being that many of the people who might become troublemakers later are dealt with at the beginning of the dragon’s 42-month countdown.
Another advantage to a US rebellion is that it eliminates organizers and other BIG TALKERS. Without organizers, those who are discontented will be left to stew in their own juices.
The USA has a history AND culture of rebellion, encouraged by the media, the government and entertainment.
The USA also has a history and culture of witchcraft and familiar spirits.
The two make very comfortable end times bedfellows.
“For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.”
–1SAMUEL 15:23
These are only a few of the events which the reader may see taking place before the end times main show gets underway.

WILL the reader be ready when the events listed begin taking place?
It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
