Halloween is also the time of year when the media is dragging out those same tired old articles explaining how Halloween doesn’t mean what everyone clearly sees it means. These articles usually attribute all the negativity about good, old-fashioned Halloween FUN to those gloomy fundamentalist Christians.
As Halloween has grown in importance, the emphasis has shifted to FUN! (sin), having a good time and partying.
Most of the customs, practices and rituals surrounding Halloween are rooted in paganism, satanism, witchcraft and the demonic. That’s a matter of recorded history.
Anyone who says differently either doesn’t know history or is selling something.
However, Halloween has received a proper facelift over the last 30 years from the Corporate Media. One example of the sanitizing of Halloween is the following from Wikipedia.
