“America is a Christian nation™” is not a statement of fact.

It is a brand name–like Velveeta™ or Burger King™. It is a lie which has been marketed to deceive Americans into believing they are righteous–regardless of their actions and lack of obedience.

Some facts and figures put into perspective exactly how many real Christians live in America, a country which has been relentlessly marketed as a “Christian nation.”

These numbers go a long way to explaining why the apostate American Church is ready to fulfill its biblical role as part of the worldwide, counterfeit whore Church of the Dragon.

Population of the USA = 316.1 million (2013 US Census Bureau. More Census Bureau info.)

77% (243.3 million) self-identify as Christians (2012 Gallup)

OF THAT NUMBER

23% (72.7 million) are Roman Catholics

2% (6.3 million) are Mormons

Almost 100 million believe they are “born again” (2013 Barna)

“…nearly 100 million children, teens and adults saying they are assured of eternal salvation solely because they have confessed their sins and accepted Jesus Christ as their savior.”

Less than 7% (22 million) claim  having “shared their faith” in the past six months (2012 Lifeway Research)

80% of those who claim to be born again offered to pray with someone who was going through a hard time.  These people classified this as “sharing their faith.”

69% believe “start[ing} a discussion with a non-Christian in which you intentionally asked what they believe concerning a particular moral or spiritual matter, and continued to ask questions about their views without telling them they are wrong, but continuing to nicely challenge them to explain their thinking and its implications” constitutes sharing your faith.

Many so-called Christians in America measure spirituality by how often they attend church.

Many church pastors do not preach the gospel from the pulpit.  They do not preach repentance. [3 reasons why I don’t preach on repentance].

End Times Church of the Tares

Instead, they offer motivational speeches to encourage good behavior.

Less than 2% (6 million) of those who claim they are Christians regularly share (preach) the gospel with the lost, the only biblical method of “sharing the Christian faith.”

6 million true believers out of a nation of over 316 million.

Most likely there are less than 6 million–but whatever the real number, that remnant will be hunted down by the satanic Church which will pretend to be Christian.

“And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.”

WHO ARE THE PEOPLE IN THE CHURCHES?

This is the true state of America: a remnant of perhaps 6 million Christians out of a country of over 316 million.

Christians are commanded to preach the gospel [Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:15].

If church-goers do not preach the gospel (share their faith), they are not Christians.

They are something else: they are lost; they are deceived.

They constitute one of the largest missions fields in the world.  If only true Christians could send missionaries into the American churches, many souls might be saved.

What of that other 237 million Americans who claim to be Christians?

What of those who profess “Jesus” with their mouths?

Many Perform Vain Worship with the Lips

What of the almost 100 million who are deceived into believing they are “born again“?

“…lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof:”

Who are these others who inhabit the apostate American churches?

They are those who support the apostate system which will enable the man of sin. They inhabit a church which looks a lot like Christianity, but speaks like the dragon (Satan).

THE APOSTATE AMERICAN CHURCH

“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.”
—Revelation 13:11

This is the support structure of the worldwide satanic Church described in Revelation. This Church will be worldwide.  It will include the Vatican, but do not be deceived: it is NOT the Vatican.  The Vatican and the popes are decoys meant to deceive.

Satan Has Counterfeited the Christian Church

The Church which appears to overthrow the Vatican’s New World Order will be the worldwide satanic, whore Church of the man of sin.

“And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.“
—Revelation 13:12

MAN OF SIN: Arising from the Midst of the Apostate Church

The man of sin will lead the counterfeit whore Church which will overcome the saints of God for a season. Deceived by miracles and false spirits, almost the entire earth will flock to join the man of sin and his satanic Church.  These deceived folks will believe they are practicing righteousness.

“And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
—Revelation 13:6-8

“…and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, “
—Revelation 13:12

“And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast;”
—Revelation 13:13-14

Nothing deceives like supernatural displays of power.  The man of sin will provide these “signs and lying wonders” to an apostate Church programmed to believe that such gaudy shows are from God.

Seducing Spirits in the Church: The Supernatural Fan Club

An apostate Church already hungers for miracles–and the man of sin will oblige.

“Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,”
—2 Thessalonians 2:9

“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”
—Matthew 24:24

The apostate Church will deceive those who fill its sanctuaries into believing they worship Jesus and God Almighty.  In reality, they will be deceived pawns of the dragon (Satan).

Faith No Longer Needed in American Church: The Sight-Walkers

“And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast?”
—Revelation 13:4

Already in 2014 many sight-walking churches in America, indoctrinated on displays of supernatural power, hunger to raise the dead. They already worship the dragon and his false spirits every Sunday; a great many confuse false spirits for the Holy Spirit.

COUNTERFEIT HOLY SPIRIT: Lying Spirits of Deception in the Churches

The two things that the apostate Church endlessly preaches: Unity! Unity! Unity at all costs and a great worldwide revival.  Both are hallmarks of the counterfeit whore Church.

Jesus warned there would be no unity–until He returned.

“Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.”
—Matthew 10:34-35

The Bible warns of a great “falling away” (apostasy) in the end times.  It is silent about a great revival.  However, people will be flocking to the counterfeit whore Church at such a rate, the lost and apostate will believe they are seeing a great revival. And they will be: a great worldwide satanic revival.

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”
—2 Thessalonians 2:3

Revival or Apostasy: To everything there is a season

THE TRAGEDY OF ANOTHER JESUS, ANOTHER GOSPEL, IDOLS

Offering “praise and worship”  with ungodly “praise” songs and engaging in a worldly, flesh-pleasing riot that rivals the most demonic dance clubs are hallmarks of these apostate flesh palaces.

Many of their flock are deceived into believing because they are unrestrained, they are practicing “Christian liberty.” Some in the world derisively call this “Jumping for Jesus.”

Clapping and shouting does not mean one is “sold out for Jesus”–regardless of what the wolves in the pulpit declare.

“I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.”
—Revelation 3:1

Another Jesus is worshiped: an idol called jesus, of the congregation’s own making. This fake jesus worshiped in America winks at sin and doesn’t require picking up that inconvenient cross or denying oneself. This reasonable jesus is friendly with the world and doesn’t mind if his Church is as well.

After all, this is America!

“God understands.  He can’t wait to bless us!”

Another gospel is preached, complete with its own bells and whistles and appeals to emotion (altar calls), deceiving many into becoming false converts.  Without the born again transformation there is no Holy Spirit; without the Holy Spirit, there is no discernment.

Which explains why so many churches are filled with such ungodly nonsense.

It also helps explains why so many who claim to be Christians follow such demonic deceivers as Joel Osteen, John Hagee, Joyce Meyers, Pat Robertson and the rest of their deceiving ilk.

Hopelessly, tragically lost–but believing they are saved: that’s the great bulk of the American Church.

How can one preach the gospel to the lost if the lost have been convinced they are not lost?

Satan’s most infernal plan is flourishing right before our eyes in a nation that has been hopelessly deceived into believing they live in a “Christian nation.”

How can one preach to the lost if the lost will not listen, choosing to believe the fiction they are saved? What does it matter that their lives have not been transformed–they still maintain that they belong to Jesus.

Satan’s plan is working to perfection.

The dragon has constructed his Church from the hollowed-out apostate shell of what should have been Christ’s Church.

CLEANSING THE EARTH OF THE TRUE-BELIEVING REMNANT

The apostate Church is ready and only awaits the man of sin to fulfill its part in the end times drama.

“And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world:”
—Revelation 12:9

Satan has already deceived the American Church.

Americans have long been indoctrinated into believing they are fighting to stamp out evil.

“We are fighting to cleanse the world of ancient evils, ancient ills.”
–Franklin D. Roosevelt, State of the Union speech, 1942

Next up, that counterfeit whore Church of Satan will persecute the true believers of Jesus Christ, believing that they are “cleansing the earth of evil.”

Persecution of the Saints: The Fear and the Pit and the Snare

“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”

They teach that the world is getting better and better and will continue to do so until we are able to present the kingdom (set up by man’s own efforts) to Christ. “

It’s simple really.

Is your calling and election sure?
