It’s not hard to figure out why the Confederate flag–a flag which perhaps symbolizes rebellion more than any other–is popular in many parts of the USA.
Confederate flag supporters indicted under Georgia terrorism law – What should be more exalted in a land of rebellion (which was birthed in rebellion) than a flag which represents a rebellion against that land of rebellion?
But then, throughout its history, Americans have always had a fondness for flags which represent rebellion OR which featured serpents.
The current flag of the United States of America represents rebellion: the 13 stripes representing the 13 colonies which rebelled against England.
“For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.”
—1 Samuel 15:23
Which is one more reason America has always been mad about witches.
