Jeremiah, would you please consider checking on something for me. You’ve listed Ephesians 511 blog as an impeccable site, but there is a problem in the discussion of one of his posts. I took part in the discussion in the comments.
My concerns are these. Comments have been made that:
1. Jews are not Semites, descendants of Shem because of Tamar (wouldn’t this view undermine the truth that Jesus is the Promised Seed, the seed of Abraham?)
and
2. The Jews are the people at the heart of the NWO – for they are the synagogue of Satan according to Christ.

What a coincidence.
This very issue of the “Jews” vs the “synagogue of Satan” has been a topic between several of us here for the last few weeks. There is no way you could have known this as it hasn’t been written about.
AS to your first question, Luke 3:34-36 answers that question. Jews are indeed ‘Semites.’
“Which was the son of Jacob, which was the son of Isaac, which was the son of Abraham, which was the son of Thara, which was the son of Nachor, Which was the son of Saruch, which was the son of Ragau, which was the son of Phalec, which was the son of Heber, which was the son of Sala, Which was the son of Cainan, which was the son of Arphaxad, which was the son of Sem, which was the son of Noe, which was the son of Lamech,”
Before getting to your second question, I have a question: can we hold accountable the site for the comments of others (especially if some/all of the others may belong to an antichrist network) in the course of a discussion?
Regardless of your answer, the second question is being furiously researched.
The Jews are not in the synagogue of Satan. Those who “say they are Jews and are not” comprise the synagogue of Satan. Like pretend Christians, these are pretend Jews (those who play the part of the Jew in order to bring reproach upon the Jew).
To address what one comment said about Hollywood, etc. (and that commenter was VERY off-course): The Vatican DOES have the power, money, etc. But to put the Vatican in its exact, proper end time role? A work in progress.
The synagogue of Satan is made up of those who are not Jews (they may have “Jewish-sounding” names). The proper place of the synagogue of Satan in the NWO is a matter of debate. What’s being researched is NOT esoteric literature (as so many have done). What is being researched is God’s Word, which has the final answer.
Is the synagogue of Satan the same as the mystery of iniquity? It could be. Or, it could be a part of the mystery of iniquity. We don’t know.

Thank you, Jeremiah and Mondo! Your answers help a lot. I will share them with my husband. Last night he read this to me:
Rev. 5:4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.
Rev. 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
My project must be to study these things further. What you’ve said about “the synagogue of Satan” is how the Lord identifies them: that they are people who say they are Jews but are not.
Rev. 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
Rev. 3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
About holding people accountable for what others say in comments at their website: people are accountable when they neglect to or refuse to expose error that they’re aware of. But, we all stumble. However, when this is public stumbling, we need to acknowledge it publicly, for everyone’s good. I’ve found that it’s easy for me to agree with something, either tacitly or outright, when I’m in a discussion with someone I hope to please. When this happens I need to amend what I’ve said if I have the chance. (Sometimes our agreement has been only a nod or smile.) Anyway, in the case of website comments, we have to fulfill the obligation to correct error. Sometimes, we may sense something is wrong but not be certain about it, then all we can do is indicate this by saying something like, “I question that.”

Two observations;
This is how we can identify them as well. Two groups in particular offer examples: international banking and Hollywood are said to be controlled by “the Jews.” However, a quick look through bios of both groups will find very very few observant Jews. Many came from cultural Jewish backgrounds; i.e., they were Jews in name only.
As far as the comments, everyone handles those differently. Here, for example, there are certain areas (such as various aspects of repentance) which there is discussion. It would be hard to correct what some might think as error when we haven’t settled all aspects of what the Bible says on that matter ourselves.
One of us tries to correct all overt errors whenever we find them.
