“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”

Satan is the father of lies.
And the father of lies reserves some of most clever stories for the churches and those who fill up the seats/pews. The question which has always plagued this writer: WHY are the churches so helpful to the one who they claim to oppose?
The father of lies has many followers.
Speaking of the father of lies, Holy Cow! The Red heifer is born was a link from yesterday’s offering.
Here’s the obvious question: why would a red heifer matter?
What would a red heifer be used for? Is God going back to the Old Covenant? Is the veil which was rent in two from top to bottom going to be sewn anew contrary to Him Who ripped it the first time?
A temple where the sacrifice of Jesus is trampled upon will be erected–because Satan, through his workers in iniquity–has taught a counterfeit church that a third Jewish Temple will be erected.
And that it will be called “the temple of God.”

So will a God which sent His only begotten Son to die for humanity’s sins disregard that once-for-all sacrifice in favor of the blood of rams and bulls?
Will God replace the better covenant with one which had decayeth and waxeth old?
Will God–who has plainly said He will not dwell in a temple made with human hands–change His mind?
The Bible clearly says this is not so.
For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:
—Hebrews 9:24
God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;
—Acts 17:24
There WILL be a temple built with human hands though. It will be erected by the workers of iniquity. Because church-goers do not know their Bibles, but only know what they have been told the Bible says, they will be deceived.
Revelation informs us that the whole world will be deceived. That situation already presents itself every day.
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world
—Revelation 12:9
And so the end times church of the tares will be entertained by more of Satan’s stories the closer we come to the climax of human history.
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
