Things Do NOT Work the Way We Think They Work

NO!

The reader sadly knows this to be TRUE from a LOT of different occasions.

He is told that THINGS (items, books, the world, the systems of the world, the THINGS of the world) work one way ONLY to discover–usually at a very INCONVENIENT time–that they do NOT work in the manner in which the reader had been informed–usually by his teachers, his financial advisors, his mechanic or anyone in authority.

It does NOT matter what the item is which has a story attached to it: EVERY item has a story about the way it works.

WHY is the world so intent on lying about almost EVERYTHING?

The reader will find that he is led by the stories he has been told.  IF one believes the stories he has been told, he will more easily believe OTHER lies.

This is a PRIME example of the stories of the way things work being substituted for REAL, TRUTHFUL information.

WHENEVER the reader says “That doesn’t make any sense,”  it USUALLY means that the reader has been trying to fit the square peg of reality into the round hole of what he has been told.

IN OTHER WORDS: he has been lied to–and what the reader has been told simply does NOT add up to what takes place in REAL LIFE.

(This has been a friendly end times reminder.  The reader would do well to NOT forget it.)

DOES the reader believe he is told the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth on MOST occasions?

DOES the reader then believe he is smart enough to recognize lies when he hears them?

It is not YET too late–although time is surely running out: there is still a LITTLE time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

DOES the reader believe he is saved?
