– Once upon a time, when the Internet was young and foolish, there
existed a once-trendy website that became quite a large site after 911. The site was the creation of a fairly self-absorbed individual, but it served as a meeting place for quite a LARGE NUMBER of people who would go on to start websites of their own. This author was one of those people, frequenting the site for a month or so in 2007.
One of the features of that once-trendy website was it’s decidedly anti-Muslim slant. The posting of Pat Condell’s angry anti-Muslim videos were a regular staple back in those days. HOWEVER, I don’t ever remember that Condell was correctly called out as an “atheist.” At last, here’s a bit of truth in labeling.

Catholic Church doubles down on Miracles tour
– This is where many of the American Christian churches are now
heading. What are you gonna preach? The gospel of Jesus Christ–or the
so-called “miracles” that modern “revivals” have prepped so many for?
Do you know Jesus? You better–because there will be many performing
signs and wonders in His name–but He won’t know them.
“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in
thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done
many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

Not so sure why this story got so much press. As a former Roman
Catholic, it’s what the RC church has always believed. Maybe it was
because the pope was so in God’s face about “even atheists going to
heaven.” Imagine God’s surprise! Of course, if you know much about the
pope, you’ll know that one of his titles is “Lord God, the Pope.”

Will Obama rescind one of his many executive orders??? I didn’t think
so. But Obama ‘fears” her! That’s an unbelievable enough claim–but
this reporter works for CBS-News! That makes this the equivalent of a
triple fish story.
See, this is how the tightly-controlled Corporate Media works.
One of the boys (Politico) publishes a story about another of the boys
(CBS-News’ Atkinson). They make wild and exaggerated claims and puff
each other up–and nothing gets done; nothing changes; the corruption
continues like a locomotive speeding down a mountain without any brakes.

Seriously, they need to hire new writers: these scripts are getting old, stale and, worst of all, terribly predictable.

– (h/t;E) No fooling? So did McCain just waltz in or did he show his
visa? Assad just allowed the angry Senator from AZ to prance right into
Syria? Lots of questions here and none of the answers, both real and
imagined, seem very satisfying. As one reader asked, “Did they stamp
his visa?”
Of course, once you realize that the “Syrian rebels” are boots on
the ground from the USA, American mercs and allies, then things begin to
make a little more sense.
One more point: the compliant press
(“compress”) is adamant about describing McCain’s trip as “secret.” How
can it be “secret” when articles are plastered all over the Corporate
Media over the last 24 hours? Here’s one example: In secret trip to Syria, Sen. John McCain hears rebels’ pleas for help.
In the old days, before the press lied so brazenly and so openly,
these types of stories would never have been tolerated. But these
days? Apparently, it doesn’t matter. How many youth under 25 even
bother to read anymore?
Another major earthquake on New Madrid is inevitable, geologists say it’s only a matter of time – One wonders how many geologists and experts have to weigh in before the New Madrid blows? Americans have been prepped on the New Madrid fault line coming apart for awhile; the storyline has been in heavy media rotation for at least five years now.
