NEWS about World War 3.
Are we on the road to World War 3? How much time do we have? Is there anything we can do about the events which are soon to overtake those living on the earth?
MARCH 26 – Russia claims it is pulling troops from Crimea, which it annexed. Obama is threatening more economic sanctions–which he has warned could disrupt the world’s economy.
Asia is much calmer than any time in recent weeks. However, nothing has basically changed: events could flare up at any time–not only in Asia but elsewhere in the world’s hot spots.
About 9 months ago, this writer engaged in a discussion of worldwide tensions at the time. It was mentioned that the term “World War 3” was being employed more and more often by the Corporate Media. Someone countered, “Where? I’ve never seen it.”
The person was instructed to go home and Google “World War 3.” But, upon doing this later, this writer discovered that much of the talk about “World War 3” (or “World War III”) was coming from the Alternative Corporate Media and hadn’t yet filtered into the legacy Corporate Media.
That was in June 2013.
In March 2014, it is a much different story. The Corporate Media references to “World War 3” are not only regular, they are increasing.
SPECULATION: The Corporate Media pattern over the last 10 years–especially in the last 24 months–has been to increase reporting and ramp up tensions in a particular area for a few weeks. Then, events will calm for a week or so, then ramp up in a different part of the world.
It appears that the world is in one of the short, “cooling down” periods before the next round of tensions.

SLIGHTLY NERVOUS over Ukraine. 43% chance of World War III is holding steady. A continued chance of a domestic terror attack [+50%] leading to war in the Middle East.
Japan, China, Asia tensions: calm. The Middle East and North Africa remain a tinderbox awaiting a spark.
TENSION ASSESSMENT: March 26, 2014
- North Korea – down
- Ukraine – leveling off
- Syria – steady with some increased activity
- Jordan – down
- East Africa – steady – This includes South Sudan
- China – steady
- Japan – steady
- North Africa – steady
- Russia – leveling off
- USA – steady
- Great Britain – steady
- Egypt – steady
- Iran – steady
- Israel – steady
- Crimea [NEW] – up slightly with unrest in much of the area’s largest cities.
MARCH 26, 2014 – Tensions still high in Crimea; starting to decrease in Ukraine; steady in Asia; steady, middle east; steady, elsewhere.
Overall Tension Assessment: steady, cooling off in Ukraine; still shaky in Crimea. Expect a cooling off period, measured in weeks.
