TYRANNY AND REBELLION

A lot about TYRANNY is being written and addressed to those who go by the name of “Christians.”  This usually means those who inhabit the buildings we call “the churches.”

Tyranny: AS IF the Word of God is made of none effect when someone claims a government is “tyranny.”

In addition, there has also been much written about REBELLION which targets the same group of self-professed “Christians.”

Many of these pieces have been written by those who have the title of “pastor.” Others have been penned by members of various “ministries.”

While much of what has been written sounds good to American ears, the bulk of these writings are NOT biblical.

VIDEO) Resisting tyranny – A reminder: the true Christian has two ways to resist “tyranny.”  1- He is to disobey any law which is contrary to God’s law; and, 2- He is allowed to flee when the authorities come for him because of his disobedience.

“But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.”
-–Matthew 10:23

That’s it.

That is the total of the Christian’s choices when faced with “tyranny.”

In fact, the book of First Peter was written to Christians suffering under the “tyranny” of intense Roman persecution. Peter basically said “tyranny” is an opportunity to show the world that Christians are different from ungodly rebels.

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
–Romans 13:1-2

“For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.”
-–1 Samuel 15:23

“Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.“

Scripture is clear:  Christians are NOT to take up arms against the civil authorities–regardless of how many TV preachers, so-called Christian columnists or “Christian patriots” claim otherwise. To do so invites the judgment and wrath of God.

Of course, the antichrist “American founding fathers” didn’t pay any attention to the Bible the first time around.

It’s strongly suspected their descendants won’t pay any more attention the second time around.

But being contrary to the Bible’s teachings won’t stop the chorus of voices urging end times Americans to overthrow their system.

PAT BUCHANAN: Is Red State America seceding? – Another in an increasing chorus of voices urging revolt, revolution and secession.  Former White House speechwriter and former presidential candidate Pat Buchanan chips in:

“The spirit of secession, the desire of peoples to sever ties to nations to which they have belonged for generations, sometimes for centuries, and to seek out their own kind, is a spreading phenomenon.”

Buchanan won’t be the last.  The chorus will only grow louder as the actions of the puppets in the federal government continue to grow worse.

The many calls for rebellion, revolt and revolution which have circulated among the United States of America is no big thing: pagan America has always been fertile ground for such rebellion.

“For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.”

But here’s a question: Why has all of the propaganda power of the media been focused on turning the United States of America into the Untied States of America?

After all, the USA is destined to become a part of the end times one-world beast government.

Perhaps if the USA is broken up into four or more pieces, the inhabitants will think more kindly on a worldwide superstate which offers them protection from big, bad Russia or China?

OR perhaps these smaller pieces of what used to be called the USA wouldn’t feel strong enough to challenge Satan’s worldwide beast government?

“And they worshipped the dragon  [Satan] which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?”
–Revelation 13:4

Just a thought…

HAS the reader heard the many calls of rebellion and revolt?

HAS the reader been convinced that the present system no longer works?

WILL the reader harken to the voices of men OR to the commandments of God’s Word?

IF faced with rebellion or obeying the civil authorities, will the reader submit (something Americans have been indoctrinated against) or will the reader receive to himself damnation?
