Man is not perfectible.
Man is NOT a god.
Prior to the return of Jesus Christ, man will neither give up on his attempts to play God nor his ideas about the perfectibility of man.
Geo-engineering is another attempt by man to play God – The Bible says this will not turn out well–but it also says that the world has to go through it.
THREE things we can learn from this:
1- Man never does learn.
2- Man will never run low on arrogance.
3- Contrary to what the New Agers, scientists and public schools would have one believe: man does not evolve; man is not perfectible. Man is inherently fallen and evil. On his own, he will end up exactly where the Bible says he will end up–and it is NOT a man-made Utopia.
(In its original meaning, Utopia meant “no place.”)
AND, we are headed there FAST…
HAS the reader fallen for tales of a coming Utopia engineered by perfectible man?
THERE is still time to change direction (repent) and place one’s trust in Almighty God and His Son, Jesus Christ.
