“And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.”
—Revelation 9:20-21
The climax of human history will be an extremely dark and evil time. For 3 1/2 years, as God will allows man full reign to his “humanity,” sin and wickedness will prevail over the entire earth. During this time, man will be left largely to his own devices.
Until Jesus returns to right things.
ALL sin will be evident during this 42-month period, but the Bible declares that wicked men will cling to five sins in particular.
Those five great end times sins of which man refuses to repent (even after being smitten with repeated judgments of God) are
- Idolatry
- murders
- sorceries
- fornication
- thefts
This article addresses THEFT, one of the end times’ FIVE GREAT SINS (according to Revelation 9:20-21).
THEFT
There may be discussion over whether one believes we are living in the end times or not.
But in the times in which we live, there should be NO discussion over whether THEFT is a problem or not.
Especially in America, marketed to the deceived as The World’s Greatest Christian Country Ever!™

Much money and many hours have been spent to convince the world that a man’s heart is good. The heart-shape is the world’s symbol for its false ‘love.’
The world insists that a man’s heart is good.
But the Bible says man’s heart is wicked.
“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
–Jeremiah 17:9
Evil things come from the heart of man.
ALL men.
“there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”
—Romans 3:12
Again: evil things come from the heart of man.
Including thefts.
“For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies”
–Matthew 15:19
Man was very wicked in the times before God sent the Flood.
“And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.”
–Genesis 6:5-6
Man will be very wicked in the times before Jesus returns.
“But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”
–Matthew 24:37
Though this is referring primarily to how God’s judgment will be swift, sudden and sure, it also describes the times. Though great wickedness prevails on the earth, men will be going about their daily lives, eating, drinking, building, planting, marrying, etc.
Apparently, one of the things men will be doing is stealing. Men will be stealing so much, in many cases, they will not see anything wrong with it.
In fact, they will not see any need to turn from their thefts.
THEFT is one of the five great sins of the end times.
Do not be deceived.
Change your direction in life: repent today.
Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation
THE GOSPEL
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
-–Romans 1:16
