What does the Bible say the End Times Churches will Look like

WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY THE CHURCHES WILL LOOK LIKE?

PART ONE of a Series

“Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.”
—2 Timothy 3:12

Few will deny the end times are here.  In fact, the Bible tells us that the “last days” started long ago and continue until our present time.

“God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;”
—Hebrews 1:1-2

These opening verses in Hebrews also inform the true believer that all God has to say in these last days, he has spoken through His Son, Jesus Christ. But many are they who deny this Scripture and in response to it ask “Hath God said?”

So while there is much agreement that we are living in the end times, there is little agreement as to what that means for the Church.  The Bible tells us what the end times churches will look like.

THE END TIMES CHURCHES

 “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;”
—1 Timothy 4:1

Notice that Paul doesn’t say “some shall leave the Church” or “some shall depart from the faith and leave.”  Paul says that some shall depart from the faith and give heed to seducing spirits.

There is a great difference between the Church and the building which sit in every town, village and city in America called the churches.
