EVERYONE IS A GOOD PERSON–IN THEIR OWN EYES
The Bible says that if you ask a person, they will tell you they’re a good person.
Even an axe murderer will tell you about the time he helped his mother carry groceries inside the house.
All you have to do is ask.
However, God’s Word also declares that there is not one single person who IS good.
“They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”
—Psalm 14:3
“Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”
—Psalm 53:3
“As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:”
—Romans 3:10
“But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags;”
—Isaiah 64:6
“They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”
—Romans 3:12
All men are lost. All men need a Savior.
All men need Jesus Christ.
