The Many Houses Where the Family’s Allegiance is to a Pagan God

“Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.”
–Acts 7:43

While out driving recently with an acquaintance, the subject of homeowners who adorn their houses with the symbols, signs and marks of their pagan gods (demons) came up.

One thing led to another and not long after both in the car started noting the houses sporting such symbols. The number of different symbols and who each sign represented were also topics of the ensuing conversation.

Soon, both in the car were counting the many houses festooned with such decorations.

The acquaintance, who is an idol worshiping pagan, was using the many decked-out houses as “proof” his side was “winning.”

This writer was marking the tally of those same houses as just further evidence that God’s Word about the end times is true.

“And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk”
–Revelation 9:20

NOTE: The neighborhoods driven through were those populated by mostly middle-class, mostly church-attending folks.

Does the reader reside in such a house, where the family’s allegiance is to a lesser, deceiving spirit?

It is not yet too late to repent (change directions).
