Smash the Safety Net!

SMASH!

“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.”
–Psalm 118:8-9

Americans who look to the schemes of men as a “safety net” are bound for disappointment. How long will the “safety net” last? The net has been weakened.

There’s indications the net may have soon have some more holes in it.

Congressional GOP may be willing to let emergency unemployment benefits lapse – The dismantling of much of the “safety net” is taking place JUST IN TIME for the remainder of the middle class to lose their jobs.

No benefits will be available to all who “paid the government’s bills all of those years.”

Won’t that provoke disgust at the government?

Won’t that provoke anger?

Won’t that provoke revolt?

One would suspect.

IN FACT, the calls for revolt, rebellion and revolution has already went forth–many of them sounded in the pulpits of the churches.

One also suspects that’s the very reason when all of that takes place.  Of course, there will other things which will infuriate Americans by that time.

This will only be one of many outrages…

At some point, the “safety net” will go down. At some point, the safety net will be smashed.

Americans who look to the schemes of men, such as a “safety net,” are bound for disappointment.

IS the reader nervous about the future?

HAS the reader placed his faith in government or his 401K or his retirement plan?

THERE is still time to change direction (repent) and place one’s trust in Almighty God and His Son, Jesus Christ.
