REBELLION AND PUBLIC RELATIONS

So-called “anti-government militants” preen and primp before the TV cameras as if they were acting in a reality TV series.
And they are.
Oregon militant vows to die before being arrested as feds move to end occupation
“This is not a family event,” the statement read. “The only people there should be the armed men who are willing to die there with Ammon Bundy and his brothers and a couple of embedded reporters.”
While the stars of this reality TV series pose for the cameras, the government pretends it will treat all such rebellion with kid gloves.
Go ahead, revolt! We’ll show incredible restraint! We’ll pretend like we care what our “public image” is!
