Those Who Are False Will Usually Sound Good

“For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.”
–Mark 13:22

“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”
–2Corinthians 11:13-15

“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.”
–2Peter 2:1

God’s Word warns of many false ones in the end times: false Christs, false prophets, false apostles and false teachers.

This is mentioned because recently the following quote was received in the email.

“People like to say that the conflict is between good and evil. The real conflict is between truth and lies.”

Sure sounds good!

Searching for information on Mr. Ruiz, it was discovered that he “is a Mexican author of Toltec spiritualist and neoshamanistic texts”

As a Neoshamanist, Ruiz consults with “power animals“.

“Power animal” is a broad animistic and neoshamanic concept that was introduced into the English language in 1980 by Michael Harner in The Way of the Shaman. In Harner’s view, power animals are much like the familiar spirits of European occultism, which aid the occultist in their metaphysical work.

In other words, Ruiz is a pagan worshipping pagan gods (demons).

Which brings us back to his quote (““People like to say that the conflict is between good and evil. The real conflict is between truth and lies.”).

“Truth and lies” is a subset of good and evil.  Truth and lies are part of the conflict between good and evil.

But the quote initially SOUNDS good–as long as one does not put a lot of thought into it.

And those who are false in the end times–false Christs, false, teachers, false apostles, false prophets–will usually SOUND good.

It is one way they attract followers.

Which is one reason the Bible warns end times man about them.

“And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.”

DOES the reader enjoy reading the “deep” thoughts of “deep thinkers“?
