A Corrupted Church:

SATAN’S END TIMES PLAN AND HIS GREATEST WORK

Surely the devil’s greatest work has been the counterfeiting of the Church of Jesus.  It has taken him and his minions almost 2000 years, but they have co-opted the visible Church, which many confuse with the Body of Christ.

The Body of Christ is the body of true believers.  It is the true Church. All true believers are in the Body of Christ. The Body of Christ is not referring to a building or denomination.

“For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. “
—1 Corinthians 12:12-13

Some refer to the Body of Christ as “the remnant.”  IF the reader is sitting in a building on Sunday listening to a wolf in the pulpit tell those assembled “We are the remnant,” the reader needs to closely examine everything that is being done in that building.

It doesn’t matter if one favors the Roman Catholics, the Reformers, the Pentecostals or the many Masonic branches of religion (Jehovah’s Witnesses, Seventh Day Adventists, Mormons, etc), the visible Church today is not the Body of Christ.

“A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.”
–Matthew 7:18-19

It is surprising that many people who claim to recognize the wickedness of the Vatican, who claim to recognize the evil in the papal system, praise the work of the Reformers and Protestantism–who sprung from the same roots as Roman Catholicism.

Can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit?

The founders of Pentecostalism died of drug overdoses, alcoholism, communicated with demons and held antichrist doctrines–and yet, many today claim the fruits of such men and women are good.

The words of the Reformers (Martin and Calvin in particular) make the modern reader doubt that these men were Christians at all.

“Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?”
–Matthew 7:16

In 2014, there is no part of the visible Church that is not corrupted. Beyond the great masses of unsaved who populate the churches, there are a great many who actively aid in the deception, pretending to be Christians in order to assist the wolves in the pulpits.

BUT, this point should be emphasized: this does not mean that there are not saved true believers in the ungodly churches. There are true believers in the Roman Catholic Church, among the Orthodox Catholic, in the Protestant churches, among the Pentecostals:  in all of the end times apostate churches.

But these people are saved in spite of their churches, not because of their churches. Some of these have not yet determined that the churches are counterfeit.

But they will.

These believers are as Lot was in Sodom: not comfortable with their churches, but vexed.

“(For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)”
—2 Peter 2:8

Satan’s counterfeiting of the churches however is only the first part of his end times plan.

SATAN’S TWO-PART PLAN

Now that Satan has counterfeited the Church, the second part of his plan is to counterfeit Jesus.  A great many in the churches today do not know Jesus from the Bible; they worship another Jesus.

Another Jesus is being preached in the American Church. This other Jesus is being constructed in churches across 2014 America day by day. The Bible calls this other Jesus the “man of sin.”

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day [the day of  the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, –2 Th2:1] shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”
—2 Thessalonians 2:3

The visible church in America is merely marking time, waiting for the man of sin to show up for them to celebrate.

Pray that true believers will find each other during the end times.

Pray that a merciful God opens the eyes of those deceived by Satan and his deceitful workers.

“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”
—2 Corinthians 11:13-15

Pray to God to open the eyes of those who worship their idols in counterfeit churches. Pray that God will open the eyes of many who today sit in the churches listening to ungodly men preach antichrist doctrines.

Pray God’s Will be done–because it is God’s Will that none be lost.

 “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
—2 Peter 3:9

However, God’s Will and the will of man (like the will of Satan) are  diametrically opposed.
