“The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.”

EVERYONE, believer and heathen alike, KNOWS that this old world is full of deception–especially during the last days before the return of Jesus Christ.
The BELIEVER knows this to be true because the BELIEVER knows the Word of God is true–unlike the stories he was told when he was a youngster.
The HEATHEN knows this to be true because he catches those in power in so many of their lies.
Regardless, EVERYONE knows the world is full of deception and deceptive (false) stories.
And one of the biggest whoppers told today has to do with CLIMATE CHANGE and it’s effects.
IF only a daily weather journal was kept, then stories which claim “Last summer was the second-hottest ever!” would be known to be nothing more than the inventions of an over-active imagination.
Someone who keeps a daily weather journal KNOWS what the temperatures were last summer and can compare them to a previous summer’s temperatures.
Keeping a Journal: One Remedy to the False Collective Memory of the End Times
BUT, very, very FEW keep a daily weather journal for a variety of reasons (Maybe it seems too much like WORK? Maybe it asks the would-be journal-keeper to “keep regular hours“? Maybe it reminds the journalist too much of the drudgeries of youth?)
Who knows?
The BELIEVER knows the stories of CLIMATE CHANGE are fiction because they contradict the Word of God–which is the ONLY truth in today’s world.
For one reason, the dire predictions of climate change (Why is it that the dire predictions of the climate-mongers NEVER come true?) fanatics usually have to do with rising sea levels, melting glaciers, and disappearing islands.
BUT, in His Word, God PROMISES this to be untrue.
“Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb? When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it, And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors, And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?”
–Job 38:8-11
“When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth”
–Proverbs 8:29
“Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains. At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away. They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them. Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.”
–Psalm 104:5-9
So, there is a comfort on MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS from believing the Word of God–particularly where climate change is involved.
The stories of the world will continue to grow darker and more serious whenever CLIMATE CHANGE is the topic.
The ones making up such stories (for their own ends) should know that God repays–with interest!–all evil-doers.
“Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.”
–Deuteronomy 7:9-10
To the heathen, ‘God’ is merely a story told by weak-minded Christians.
Until the judgments of God begin falling on the doubter and his neighborhood.

DOES the reader ever wonder about HOW MUCH truth is in the stories of climate change?
It is not YET too late: there is still a LITTLE time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?

DOES the reader believe he is NOT saved?
Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation
