LABORING FOR A ROTTEN DEAL FROM THE SPIRIT OF LAWLESSNESS AND THE FATHER OF LIES
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;”
—1 Timothy 4:1
One sign that it’s the end times is the number of workers of iniquity. There has always been workers of iniquity, but the Bible says that they will multiply in the last days. Workers of iniquity will spread the lies and deceptions of Satan.
But deception is a two-edged sword.
Those poor souls laboring for the enemy not only are agents of deception, God’s Word declares that the workers of iniquity themselves are deceived as well.
“But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.”
—2 Timothy 3:13
Many of these deceivers will appear in the churches.
“For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.”
—Jude 1:4
“And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily”
—Galatians 2:4
“They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.”
—Titus 1:16
And the churches will welcome the deceivers.
“And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
—2 Timothy 4:4

It’s sad really.
From Workers of Iniquity: Disposable, Expendable, Easily Replaced
Laboring as a slave of iniquity doesn’t earn one any prizes–other than being one day closer to the inescapable, ultimate judgment.
“to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.”
—Mark 9:45-46Again, the slave of iniquity toils for the cause. His imaged reward (IF he collects) is paid in the coin of this world: fleeting fame, a few hours of pleasure, temporary riches and earthy power that so quickly vanishes. But as he snatches a few moments of relaxation, he always has one eye looking over his shoulder.
Because he never can forget he is disposable, expendable and easily replaced.
The workers of iniquity have made a very bad deal. They have traded their eternal reward for some trinkets, flattery and a load of promises from a boss condemned by Jesus as a “liar.”
“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. “
—John 8:44
On the other hand, laboring for the kingdom of God is a sure thing.
“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”
—Numbers 23:19
When it comes to the rewards of Team Dragon, what is delivered has a way of being quite different from what was promised.
The devil is a liar and it’s hard to believe that there are those who expect him and his workers to honor their assurances.
NOTE: It’s not too late for the worker of iniquity to change his eternal destination.
“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
—Matthew 7:22-23
God is not mocked.
Something to mull over in these last days.

“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
