The life of man is short and fleeting: Here today, gone tomorrow.
But the great majority of men misuse this very short span of time while on earth.
Sports, games, entertainment, literature, gambling, (and many other pursuits as well): ALL are devoted to helping man “kill time.”
A great number of people work in one of the various industries devoted to killing time.
OR, as many call it “entertainment.”
Movies, TV, video games, shopping, cards, gambling, poetry: all are ways for the idle to pass the time on their way to their eternities.
Too bad such pastimes will not be available for those suffering eternally.
Passing the time, killing time.
Indeed.
HOW often does the reader engage in activities which pass the time?
HOW much time does the reader kill?
It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?
