“He [Satan, the devil] was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”

Satan is the premier liar of the ages.
As such, he tells a great many lies each day, every day.
Because man enjoys being entertained while he is being lied to, Satan’s wraps many of his lies in a story.
And because each man is different, Satan employs an entire army of storytellers.
Depending upon each man’s preferences, a storyteller will be used which will increase the chances the victim will believe the story and the lie(s) it contains.
Does a man trust science?
A scientific storyteller will be provided, complete with a white lab coat and hours of scientific stories.
Does a man enjoy the movies?
Then storytellers familiar with all aspects of the cinema will be made available.
Does a man believe gossip?
A storyteller who reveals hidden details, digs up dirt and whispers as he tells his stories–usually with a smile on his face–will be matched with those who enjoy such things.
Does man enjoy hearing children tell stories?
Sweet children will be provided.
Whatever works.
Is a man interested in his health and the latest medical procedures and “news“?
A medical storyteller many university degrees will then regale the man with hours of stories which smell of antiseptic and the latest medical lingo.
Does the man trust the political system to solve his problems?
The man will hear as many stories as he wishes from magazines, journals and cable “news” networks devoted to such topics.
Technology, computers and the latest games?
The man who focuses on such things will find no end of authoritative freaks and “geeks” who enjoy spinning stories, many featured on their ownYouTube channel.
Some storytellers who are non-geeks will no doubt also be in the mix.
It matters not what a man might be interested in or what a man may trust.
Satan will provide a storyteller who will both hold his interest and provide him with many a tall tale about his topic of choice.
Whatever works.
Which is one reason modern man is so deceived.
Satan provides superb customer service.
DOES the reader enjoy reading or hearing stories?
DOES the reader think that what he sees or hears in the media is the truth?
It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?
