One more Bible verse which should persuade those who fancy themselves Christian American rebels or Christian patriots NOT to look to the Bible to support their unholy, worldly pursuits of revolt, rebellion and revolution.

What about “tyranny” and tyrants?

“Bless” is what the Book says to do–not rebel.

“Christian patriots” is a contradiction in terms; the Bible teaches no man can serve two masters–though Americans believe they are exempt from the Bible where rebellion is concerned.

Americans who preach rebellion can either serve Jesus or the earthly kingdom for which they so greedily hunger.

IN FACT, one good way to tell a counterfeit Christian is by how much they babble on about this present world and their many plans for making it a better place–for themselves, for their families, for their friends, blah-blah-blah.

It’s funny how the mind works.

A few days ago–while focused completely on a task at hand–during the course of physical work, the hands became dirty.

This led to the thought, “There’s a break coming soon because these hands MUST be washed!”

What was funny about that decidedly NON-funny thought was the thought which almost immediately followed.

“I wonder how long I’ve been washing my hands?”

And a number of thoughts soon pushed and shoved their way into the discussion.

“I wonder if Mom ever thinks about teaching her family all of those small skills which we still use?”

“This was probably one of the FIRST things Mom taught me when I was a kid.”

“I wonder how long ago it was?”

And before you know it, this topic was explored with a number of others–who all added THEIR thoughts on the matter to the process.

“I still look both ways before I cross the street. That’s something my mom taught me!”

“My mom was big on me chewing with my mouth shut. (Laughing) It’s probably why I do it today.”

“My mom was a nurse. Washing our hands was always a big deal in our house!”

God’s Word has a LOT of child-rearing tips in it: Proverbs 22:6 is most likely the best known and one which many take to heart.

Even IF most do NOT believe the rest of God’s Word.

HOWEVER, even the world agrees with Proverbs 22:6–even if it’s mostly in a roundabout way.

Perhaps because Proverbs 22:6 is so hard to disagree with?

Yes, one DOES learn a LOT of skills and information used DAILY when one is taught these things when young.

BUT,

A bit of hard thinking leads one to the conclusion that teaching children things when they are young works BOTH ways.

It works for those who teach their children valuable skills and life lessons.

AND, it ALSO works for those who teach their children superstition, lies and stories told to the parent when the parent was a child.

Just as children from years gone by learned valuable lessons that stuck with them because they began learning those lessons when younger, so modern children, by and large, learn unbelief, ignorance and lies that stick with them because they began learning these things when they were younger.

Does the reader have children?

Does the reader teach his children about God, Jesus and God’s Word?

OR, does the reader steer clear of these subjects because they “cause confusion and disagreements“?

TODAY’S “FEUDS”

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right? And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right? Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?

IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else. What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds? Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.” One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.

Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well. Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

“How can the reader know when the Corporate Media is lying to him (never mind the fact that the media is Satan’s Mouthpiece and Satan is the father of lies)? One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article. When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master. “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events. Not all narratives begin with “How” or “Why.” However, the most in-your-face, over-the-top ones usually do.

FOR THE FUTURE: A POSSIBLE SCENARIO

1-Hundreds of thousands of veterans march on Washington DC to “storm the barricades” around some memorials.
2- Instead of meekly falling away–as they did this past weekend–police and security personnel man the barricades.
3- Surprised that the cops aren’t meekly falling away, the vets get angry. Fisticuffs ensue between the vets and cops.
4- Shots are fired.
5- Perhaps even a massacre happens.
6- It’s covered over and over 24/7, courtesy of your cable news outlet.
7- The folks back home, many already disgusted by President Lightning Rod Momjeans, the Super-Secret Muslim, enthusiastically back the vets. Some may even take this as some sort of “Lexington and Concord” moment.
8- Violence breaks out against authority in many parts of the nation.
9- CHAOS! ensues.
