Sometimes, one is struck by a thought.
And so it was not long ago whilst thinking on that network of Sunday social clubs we call “the churches.”
Certainly, those who head up the individual buildings are aware of what really takes place.
But what of those who make up these congregations of the tares?
It was decided that there were some who KNEW what the churches were all about. These consist of those who assist in the running of the churches.
A few are in church because apparently they want to benefit from a life God commands man to live.
A very few have been reborn spiritually. These do not remain long in the churches once God opens their eyes.
The greatest number of these church folks are there simply because they were told “Good people go to church”–or some variation thereof–when they were young. These are largely those of no malicious intent, who make a church a part of their lives because they want to be good–or at least they want others to believe that they are good “God-fearin,’ church-attending, Bible-believin’ people.” Most are busy with the rest of their lives–which somehow is considered something separate from what the Bible says.”
Church is that necessary,weekly one-hour price they pay in order to feel satisfied with themselves.
The churches–as they are a clever counterfeit of God’s Church–cannot offer salvation. So what do they offer that makes them attractive to the masses?
The thought that struck was this:
The churches offer what APPEARS to be light in a dark world.
Those who make up the congregations of the churches LIVE in a world which is dark–and getting darker all the time. These folks want the light and they believe the network of buildings we call the churches offer it.
This thought brought to mind the warning Luke 11:35 reveals Jesus Christ preached to his disciples (and others).
“Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.”

Which is VERY important to one’s eternal future.
IF one is guided by darkness BUT BELIEVES DARKNESS TO BE LIGHT, there is little hope that misguided person will seek for the true light.
That is, Let every man above all things consider and take care, that the moral judgment of his mind and understanding be not corrupted with blind unreasonable prejudices, and with vicious and willfully indulged affections; for, in that case, his very guide becomes his seducer, and his light itself is darkness.

The churches offer their version of light by concentrating on the world and things of the world: they collect cans of food for the poor; they fix holiday meals for the less fortunate; they operate clothes closets for the needy. NONE of which are wicked.
But good works is NOT the path to eternal salvation.

Those who operate the churches;–who preach in its pulpits and deliver their weekly sermons–appear to be doing the world much good.
However,
“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”

IS this assessment too harsh?
What does the Bible say?
What does the Bible say about those who inhabit the end times churches?
Grievous wolves, ravening wolves, wolves in sheep’s clothing, seducers, evil men, false prophets, false Christs, ungodly men, “men…speaking perverse things,” false teachers, “them which cause division and offences contrary to doctrine…by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple,” false apostles, deceitful workers, “ministers of Satan” who present themselves as “ministers of righteousness”: this is who the Bible warns will be in the churches.

How does the reader make sure the light within is really light and NOT darkness?

When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.” One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.
Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”
Oh–and pro wrestling…
One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.
Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.
Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder,

“They have an indoor pool up in there. It’s awesome! It’s a really great place. It’s actually perfect for them. It’s just not perfect for us,” said Scott Bailey, who lives about three miles from the property.
Sounds like Nazi propaganda about how awesome concentration camps were for Jews and other detainees.
Concentration camp and killing center officials compelled prisoners, many of whom would soon die in the gas chambers, to send postcards home stating that they were being treated well and living in good conditions. Here, the camp authorities used propaganda to cover up atrocities and mass murder.

MAN OF SIN: The Man of Sin is Coming
EVERY media story (in some way) and EVERY piece of entertainment contributes to that end.
Do not believe the common deception “They do everything for the money.”

Yes: they are motivated by greed and the treasure of this present world.
Yes: IF they can both further their deceptive ultimate goal AND make a buck, they will.
But, there is a higher goal; one that they feel maximizes their control of the entire world and its resources. To that end, ALL short-term considerations of profit are subordinated to the ultimate goal of world control.
Which is almost here.

Whenever a scientists exclaims “It is a mystery!” it usually means that SCIENCE! is getting ready to uncork a new story on the masses.
UNEXPLAINED: The London Hammer – One would suspect Americans would one day demand a “science” that does not have such gaping holes in it.
The “science” we have today has so many “unexplained” “mysteries” that “baffle scientists.”
Seems like we need a new set of scientific stories to explain why things are the way they are.
Two of the most popular phrases heard today in the scientific community are “It’s a mystery!” and “Alien DNA!”
Seems the only ones more baffled than scientists are those other witch doctors in lab coats: those in medicine.

Belgian senate approves bill allowing doctors to euthanize children – The bill also extends doctors the right to euthanize old folks who have dementia. The bill doesn’t say it applies to all children–only those with disabilities.
“The Belgian Socialist government is adamant that the euthanasia law needs to extend to minors and people with dementia even though there is significant examples of how the current law is being abused and the bracket creep of acceptable reasons for euthanasia continues to grow. The current practice of euthanasia in Belgium appears to have become an easy way to cover-up medical errors.”

UNEMPLOYMENT
Remember when the USA had a great number of good-paying jobs?
The Corporate Media appears obsessed with unemployment in much the same way that some feel compelled to blabber on about the weather.
The Vanishing Male Worker – There are a number of reasons for unemployment other than a lack of jobs.
Traditionally, it has been taught that such things as “in between jobs,” training for a new job” and “waiting reassignment” were reasons for unemployment.
Back in the Clinton years, it’ was even proposed that 5 percent unemployment was “full employment.”
Here’s the question: IF the unemployment is really 5 point something, why isn’t that considered close to “full employment” now?
There are a number of right answers, so don’t be shy.
NOTE: A country might be in trouble when one of its greatest job opportunities is the making up of cheery numbers about how many Americans have good jobs.
THE POWERLESS CHURCHES OF THE END TIMES
“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
–2Timothy 3:1-5
The apostle Paul warned his disciple, Timothy, of the way men would be in the end times.
“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
This fifth verse in 2Timothy 3 no doubt referred to the many counterfeits who congregate in the buildings known as “the churches.”
Bereft of the power of God and God’s Holy Spirit, the leaders in the churches spend an inordinate amount of time making excuses for WHY their churches have no power of God in them. In addition, they also spend a lot of time explaining WHY God’s promises do not apply to their churches and their congregations.
End Times Churches: Broken Beyond Repair
Zero time is spent preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Which is roughly the same amount of time the wolves spend explaining to the church folk that they hang out in a building on Sundays which is a clever counterfeit of Jesus’ Church.
Satan Has Counterfeited the Christian Church
Jesus Himself spoke of the tares; the counterfeits; the wolves in sheep’s clothing.
The End Times Church of the Tares
The only power seen in churches at present appears to be coming from spirits other than the Holy Spirit–which is WHY the church folk settle for parlor tricks and trinkets instead of the explosive dunamis power of the Holy Spirit of God.

God’s Word warns that the “whole world” will be deceived by Satan.
“that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world”

Satan does not have very far at all to go for Revelation 12:9 to become fulfilled prophecy.

MORE REBELLION: DISREGARDING ROMANS 13
The True Meaning of Romans 13, part 1, 2, 3 by Chuck Baldwin – Our old friend Chuck Baldwin is back and–as always–Chuck is attacking Romans 13:1-8 and trying to persuade Americans to rebel against their government. Of course, Chuck is attacking what the Bible says by appealing to history, the U.S. constitution, the “rebel culture” of the USA and anything else he can think of. That’s because Baldwin in one of the many frauds pretending to be a Christian.
“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.”
—Romans 13:1-2
One suspects what really rankles Pastor Chuck and his rebel followers are the Bible’s commands to submit to the civil authorities. Rebels HATE to submit–particularly if it’s in the Bible. This contempt for God’s Word oozes from the writings of Chuck Baldwin and his associates.
Regardless of what lines Baldwin tries to con readers with, there is no greater example of how Christians are to behave then Jesus Himself.
No one was more unjustly delivered up to the civil authorities than Jesus Christ. And what was Jesus’ response to Pilate?
“Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.”
—John 19:11
Readers have a choice: follow Jesus or Chuck Baldwin.
Most reading this will no doubt follow Pastor Chuck.
But still, this writer is commanded to warn them nonetheless.
