[One of the deceptions is the Satan-approved Bible translations which change 1JOHN 5:19 from “the whole world lieth in wickedness.” to “the whole world lies in the Wicked One.” But ANYONE who has studied the verse in the original Greek KNOWS that the original KJV translation is the CORRECT ONE.]

The End Times Are A Time of DARKNESS: Both Physical and Spiritually
WHAT SHOULD THE BELIEVER BE DOING DURING THE END TIMES?
Not long ago, someone asked a question which got this writer thinking about the answer for WEEKS afterwards.
The question?
“What is the believer supposed to be doing during the end times?”
It was asked in a sort of offhand way: there was NO intent discernible which pointed to anything different. The question was posed by an unbeliever, but it seemed as though he REALLY wanted an answer.
Since this was basically a NEW one on me, NO answer was handy.
BUT, we did put some thought into a possible answer for DAYS upon DAYS.
“What is the believer supposed to be doing during the end times?”
1- The believer is supposed to be warning others of the dangers of dying in their sins.
This one was only picked up earlier this week after reading Ezekiel 33.
“But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.”
–Ezekiel 33:6
IF the believer does NOT warn those of the coming danger–EVEN IF he thinks they will NOT listen–then the believer bears some responsibility IF those heathens die in their sins, according to Ezekiel 33:6.
SO, the believer will stay ULTRA-BUSY just warning those who TOTALLY ignore his warnings.
2- As always, the believer is trying to convert pagans into becoming members of the kingdom of heaven.
God’s Word is FULLY confirms the importance of soulwinning.
“The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.”

“Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.”

NOW, trying to convince those who are wrapped up in the pleasures of this present world that they should lay aside their appetites and take the long view of life (don’t die from fleeingly-pleasurable sin; live forever as a child of God) is NO easy task.
NEITHER is convincing those who believe they are protected that they are in DANGER.
BUT, the believer will be kept BUSY during the end times performing JUST those two tasks.
3- The believer MUST stand up and TESTIFY for Jesus Christ–even if the world HATES Jesus and His followers.
As Jesus Himself once said:
“Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.”

“Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.”

The believer KNOWS that there is NOTHING to be gained by ignoring Jesus: the agents of Satan won’t give him much credit for doing so. So, the believer has to be LOUD and CLEAR in his love of Jesus.
IN ADDITION, he will be kept busy fighting against the wiles of the devil and his followers.
“Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”
–Ephesians 6:11
ADDITIONALLY, the believer will be looking out for family and friends who are NOT in the kingdom of heaven.
IF there is any time left over, the believer may THEN concentrate on his own health and welfare.
SO, the believer has MUCH to do before Jesus returns.

THE CHRISTIAN’S TRANSFORMED LIFE
SERVANT OF SIN? OR CAPTIVE OF SIN?
“Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.”

One of the most amazing aspects of the Christian’s transformed life is the role sin plays in life.
BEFORE the transformation, the old man is a servant of sin.
AFTER the transformation, the new man (born again) still occasionally sins. BUT he does not run to sin; he does not embrace sin; when sin, on occasion, carries him away captive, he is filled with remorse.
And this relationship with sin is a prime way to tell the wheat from the tares.
The tares have a very casual, friendly relationship with sin: they are servants of sin, sometimes without realizing it.
Believers, on the other hand, realize all too well: sin is nothing but trouble; sin is the opponent who never rests; sin is the icy grip of the world attempting to drag the believer back into its grasp.
Sin is death.

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?
And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?
Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?
IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.
What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?
Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.”
One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.
Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”
Oh–and pro wrestling…
One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.
Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.
Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

THANKSGIVING EVE?
It is a sign of a holiday’s esteem IF the evening before that holiday is included into the celebrations.
FOR EXAMPLE, New Year’s Eve has become a MUCH more celebrated occasion than New Year’s Day.
Yes, New Year’s Day has parades and football games galore and traditional foods to eat that supposedly ensure the eater ‘good luck’ in the coming year.
BUT, New Year’s EVE has countdowns to the new year on almost every corner of every town in America; it has a GIANT BALL which descends and sends its audience into a frenzy; and, New Year’s EVE features parties and food for folks to welcome in the new year.
When one was just a young thing, one’s parents USUALLY celebrated NEW YEAR’S EVE (their ONLY day of holiday celebration)–even if their observances of New Year’s DAY were usually somewhat muted.
All the best holidays seem to observe the evening before as a kind of warm-up occasion. Christmas has Christmas Eve, New Year’s has New Year’s Eve and July Fourth had many folks celebrating a little early by setting off explosives (fireworks) and other loud noise-causing products.
So, WHY NOT Thanksgiving?
Making the case for celebrating Thanksgiving EVE is the memories of when one was a heathen and used the evening BEFORE Thanksgiving as a time of revelry and merrymaking. After all, the women-folk prepared the meals and tasty tidbits to munch on and all there was to do on Thanksgiving for most of the men-folk was to watch football games and eat.
SO, the evening before such a relaxing day was often used for wild fits of celebration.
HOWEVER, the creation of BLACK FRIDAY–with its traditional kickoff to the SEASON OF GREED–is a mark against the celebration of Thanksgiving Eve. The day AFTER Thanksgiving seems to be just as worthy a day to ‘celebrate’ as the evening BEFORE.
So, does the reader ever think about extending the day of Thanksgiving one day or another: either Thanksgiving Eve or Black Friday?

Obama is worried about fake news on social media–and we should be too – The fake news the Corporate Media (the world’s largest purveyor of fake news) has suddenly taken an interest in is MUCH different than the fake news the public should be most aware of.
It is NOT purposely faked news stories (either as satire or kicks or whatever) by amateurish third parties that is the problem.
The problem is the fake news which dominates the fake newscasts–which is produced like an entertainment program or sitcom or movie is produced–and which is passed off to the masses as real, honest-to-goodness events–instead of scripted commercials to help control the masses.

Whenever someone proposes a “crackdown” or “new rules” or a national registry for Muslims, remember: the ultimate end times target is NOT Muslims.
It is Christians and Jews–and not the fake tares or those in the synagogue of Satan.
The few true Christians and Jews who are unlikely relics in a modern, deceived world.

And so we’re going to have to do certain things that were frankly unthinkable a year ago.”
Yahoo News asked Trump whether this level of tracking might require registering Muslims in a database or giving them a form of special identification that noted their religion. He wouldn’t rule it out.
Just a short hop-skip-and-a-jump once the US government has a database and form of special identification based on religion to add Christians and Jews.
Trump: ‘Absolutely no choice’ but to close mosques – Americans used to laugh at the absurdities that came from the mouth of a man named Adolph Hitler.
The question used to be asked all the time:
“How could the German people have listened to anything Hitler said? They aren’t a stupid nation. They were a well-educated people. What happened? How could they have believed that a small number of religious people (the Jews) in their country were the source of all of their problems?”
Those who live in this country conveniently overlook the fact the USA rounded up tens of thousands of its own citizens during World War II and placed them in concentration camps.
What did these Americans do to deserve being forced into concentration camps?
What was their ‘crime?’
ANSWER: Most Americans were scared and listened to the ‘experts’ in their government and media.
So, it’s not like the USA doesn’t have any practice doing this sort of thing.
Here’s a clue: The Germany of 1920-1939 was just a test run for America 2000-2019.

The Bible speaks of end times persecution of two groups: followers of Jesus Christ and Jews (who are not followers of Jesus Christ).

THE LORD KNOWS A MAN’S HEART
At every turn, those who pretend to be Christians give themselves away.
How many times have those who claim to be shepherds appealed to the virtue of their own hearts?
How many times have supposed men of God said “The Lord knows my heart”?
Yes, He does.
And there are many Bible verses which inform the believer what the Lord knows of a man’s heart.
“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
—Jeremiah 17:9
Jesus was even more detailed about the condition of man’s heart.
” For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.”
—Mark 7:21-23
Man’s heart is so abominably wicked, a man cannot know his own heart.
“He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool:“
—Proverbs 28:26
Man’s heart is wicked. EVERY man’s heart is wicked.
“The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”
—Psalm 14:2-3
The only power to counter man’s wicked heart is Jesus Christ.
