DO ANY BELIEVERS PHYSICALLY SURVIVE THE LAST DAYS–IN ADDITION TO BE SPIRITUALLY SAVED?

There is so much written about the death of believers in God’s Word during the last days, some might mistakenly think that NO believers make it through until Jesus returns.

IN FACT, recently, someone posed just this very question.

“Does everyone get their heads cut off–or do some survive to meet Jesus?”

A great many do lose their lives for the testimony of Jesus during the last days–but these are very richly rewarded when God and Jesus take over the earth.

“And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.”
–Revelation 20:4

‘Living and reigning with Christ a thousand years’ is quite a spectacular reward for those who become martyrs for Jesus’ sake.

But there are a number of OTHER verses which suggest the death of believers during the run-up to the return of Jesus.

“Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.”
–Revelation 14:12-13

“And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.”

So, it is not difficult for those who do not pay strict attention to all that is written in God’s Word for thinking that ALL believers during the last days give their lives for the testimony of Jesus.

HOWEVER, some; a few?; make it through the last days and are there to greet Jesus when he returns.

When the apostle Paul writes of the return of Jesus in 1st Corinthians, he states that though ‘the dead shall be raised incorruptible and we shall be changed’–implying that SOME survive and ‘are changed.’

“Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep [suffer death in this present life], but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.”

Paul CLEARLY says, ‘…not all sleep…’

HOWEVER, most believers will end up giving their lives as a form of testimony of Jesus Christ. In fact, giving one’s life as a testimony is one way to ensure that the believer is an ‘overcomer.’

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”

So, to be perfectly clear: MOST lose their lives during the last days (but they are rewarded for such a sacrifice by Jesus Himself).

SOME do survive and are changed and meet Jesus when he returns.

In fact, the apostle Paul writes that some are alive in 1st Thessalonians.

“Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

Though some will survive, the WISE believer will prepare as if he does NOT.

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?

And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?

Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?

IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.

What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?

One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.

Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

Hardly seems likely: 1) True Christians will remain true to God’s Word; 2) Tares, pretenders and counterfeits will remain true to their antichrist, pagan upbringings and beliefs; and, 3) Science has taken a turn toward the subjective spiritual world, as well as into some other ludicrous territories.

Science is already the remnants of an ancient, pagan religion.

Besides, “science” is less an objective academic discipline and more of a brand these days anyway.

Slap the brand name of “Science!” on the most nonsensical information and an entire phalanx of pseudo-intellectual witch doctors in lab coats stand ready to take up arms to defend it because of its brand.

However, pseudo-science WILL be used in the first wave of deception as end times events begin their climax.

People are being scared and otherwise manipulated into running headlong into apostasy masquerading as Christianity. There is more to fear from apostasy than from science (even the totally corrupted version of science being peddled today). Corrupted science is being used to drive folks deeper into apostasy.

And the reader should never forget: science has its own antichrist agenda for the last days.

OSTEENIFICATION AND THE OCCULT

Osteenification and what it portends – A few caveats first.

1- Joel Osteen is the popular “lightning rod” of the American churches. Many can easily spot (though many others can’t) what Osteen is about, congratulate themselves on having discernment, meanwhile completely overlooking the many other heresies marching through the churches.
2- The website from which this article is taken is a “spiritual” website that’s a veritable Babylonian mishmash of “spiritual” viewpoints.

3- There are well-publicized questions concerning the author, Hank Hanegraaff (“The Bible Answer Man”).

That being said, the article does point out one of Osteen’s most egregious errors: self affirmation. [Emphasis added.]

But here’s the problem. Behind Osteenian self-affirmations—“I am anointed,” “I am prosperous,” “My God is a ‘supersizing God’”—there lies a darker hue. Behind the smile is a robust emphasis on all that is negative. If you are healthy and wealthy, words created that reality. However, if you find yourself in dire financial straits, contract cancer, or, God forbid, die an early death, your words are the prime suspect. Says Osteen, “We’re going to get exactly what we’re saying. And this can be good or it can be bad” (Discover the Champion in You, May 3, 2004). In evidence, he cites one illustration after the other. One in particular caught my attention: the story of a “kind and friendly” worker at the church. THE MIND OF GOD: A FEW OBSERVATIONS

“For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.”
–1CORINTHIANS 2:16

Not much has been written concerning the phrase “the mind of Christ.”

At least not much has been written by believers.

So, here are a few observations from some fairly recent conversations (mostly attempted) about believers having the mind of Christ.

1- Having the mind of Christ does NOT mean that the believer knows everything that God or His Son, Jesus Christ, knows.

More than one person wanted to the answer to the same general question: IF one has the ‘mind of Christ,’ why doesn’t one know everything?

Having the mind of Christ means the believer now understands the purpose, goals and aims of God. Because of God’s Holy Spirit–who takes up residence in the body of each believer–those with the ‘mind of Christ’ now UNDERSTAND the Word of God (where previously, they relied on the world to provide answers).

God’s Holy Spirit will lead the believer into ALL truth–and the only source of truth in today’s world is God’s Word. Therefore, the believer understands so much of God’s Word which was previously foreign to him.

“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”
–John 16:13

2- There is another reason that believers do not possess perfect knowledge of all things despite the indwelling of the Holy Spirit: the Holy Spirit might be present, but He lives in a body of dirt (dust).

“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”
–Genesis 2:7

The sharp contrast of God’s Holy Spirit living in a body of corruption, decay and dirt was what the apostle Paul was referring to in 2CORINTHIANS 4:7.

“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.”

3- There is yet ANOTHER reason why believers do not yet possess a perfect knowledge of all things, though they have the ‘mind of Christ.’

Believers may have the Spirit of God dwelling inside of them, but this is NOT the full-blown Holy Spirit as He will be when believers are no longer hampered by their corrupt bodies. Once the body of a believer is transformed, then the Holy Spirit will be present in all of His glory.

“For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?”
–1CORINTHIANS 15:53-55

UNTIL that time believers are transformed, the Holy Spirit which is present in the believer is only a down payment: what the Bible calls an “earnest.

“Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.”
–2CORINTHIANS 1:21-22

So, believers operate with a PORTION of the Holy Spirit they will receive later, after their bodies are transformed.

4- The mind of God and the mind of Christ are one and the same.

5- Though it may seem like believers are laboring under a handicap by not yet having the full mind of Christ or a full portion of God’s Holy Spirit, it would be a mistake for any to think so.

A portion of God’s Holy Spirit is still packs an incredible amount of spiritual punch.

Though the mind of Christ may have limits in this corrupt body and in this present world, enjoying the fruits of a portion of the Holy Spirit guiding a believer ‘into all truth’ is very powerful.

Deceptions which may have only been pondered–or not recognized at all–are revealed.

God’s Word is studied with a new-found burst of understanding.

IN FACT, the believer may initially be somewhat surprised at the wealth of new knowledge without a visible source which he possesses.

“How do I know this?” may be the top question the new believer finds himself asking when is not yet aware that he has the ‘mind of Chirst.’

Progress?

NYPD: Which officers have the most complaints against them? – By itself, this information is fairly useless EXCEPT as an incendiary device.

This could be like listing the very effective, but very tough, teacher as having the most complaints.

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?

And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?

Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?

IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.

What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?

Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

What the End Times Churches Offer

Like the most accomplished liars, the Corporate Media tweaks and refines its lies (stories) until they fool the vast majority of folks.

And one HUGE advantage the media owns is that it continues telling the same stories–and adding to them!–for YEARS.

HOWEVER, sometimes the Corporate Media (Satan’s Mouthpiece) creates so many deceiving stories, invariably, it is HARD to get the details of every story straight before someone discovers that the story being told is IMPOSSIBLE based on what the Corporate Media or science or medicine or education had declared to be true before.

It is times like these that the story spinners turn to the liar’s best friend: another lie.

Specifically, another lie to explain why the first fabrication could be so.

The USA’s treatment of al-Qaida–a group that was birthed by the CIA in the Afghanistan resistance to the Soviet Union–reminds one of the pig, Snowball, in George Orwell’s Animal Farm.

Snowball is eventually forced out of the farm when Napoleon uses his guard dogs to attack Snowball. After that he is blamed for problems on the farm, and it is claimed he was in support of Jones from the start. Though he fought bravely at the Battle of the Cowshed, the facts are altered to say he openly fought for Jones and the shot wounds are changed to wounds Napoleon inflicted on him. Those accused of supporting him are executed after being forced to confess, and a reward is offered for his capture.

Another Snowball story.

Back in the day (before 1979–or 34 years ago), IRAN was the USA’s staunch partner in the Middle East, enjoying all the perks due to a US ally. Then, the Islamic Republic was born and Iran became the enemy of the USA.

Funny how many times that script has been used in the Middle East.

Can anyone say “Saddam Hussein?” [Donald Rumsfeld helped Iraq get chemical weapons and United States’ support for Saddam Hussein]. 1980: Those were the days, back when Saddam was made an honorary citizen of Detroit.

Since most Americans know very little history, they are condemned to repeat it.

One condemnation: Since Americans know so little of what has transpired in the past, they are at the mercy of the Corporate Media’s latest version of events. They quite willingly swallow lies, not so much out of anintrinsic love of lies, but because they know so little, they have no basis from which to distinguish the truth from lies.

In many cases, the Corporate Media and/or Corporate Education presents two lies; Americans pick one or the other and make it their own. Some will even go so far as to do additional reading in order to find support for the lies they’ve chosen to embrace.

Tragically enough, for their research, they will turn to the very same sources which originally offered them lies.

When presented with the truth, a great many Americans will resist it–and argue for the lies they’ve been told, in spite of almost overwhelming evidence to the contrary. The lies they have made their own–this is a definition for “self-deception”–are especially stubborn things.

It’s sad.

And getting worse.

SATAN AND THE WORLD ARE STRONG. GOD IS STRONGER

Shortly after being tripped up (again) by the world, the thought occurred that the world has a LOT of tricks up its sleeves in order to drag back those who have escaped its clutches.

While considering the many tools at the world’s disposal AND the ease of opportunity with which these various allurements are presented, another thought struck.

“The world (and Satan) might be strong, but God is stronger.”

The problem lies with accessing God’s power: many times, the world’s blandishments happen very quickly–almost before the victim has a chance to think–and appealing to God for help is not thought about until AFTER a confrontation with the world.

Perhaps the suddenness with which it occurs is what prompted Paul to compare being snared by sin with being brought into captivity.

“For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.”

The final thoughts had to do with

God is so very much more stronger than the world or Satan or the flesh;
Since the world, Satan and the flesh AMBUSH the unwary with human impulses, appetites and lusts, one MUST be prepared OR one will almost always lose the battle.
SO, the way to win those battles is to prepare beforehand. Ask God for help: God is stronger than any other force known to man.

It is important to prepare spiritually for one’s battles with the world–and these battles WILL happen.

God is stronger than the one the believer is struggling against.

“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”

But the one struggling must not wait to appeal to God AFTER the struggle has already happened.

The struggling man must prepare for those struggles before they take place.

The struggling man must take advantage of God’s unlimited, great power.

TODAY’S “FEUDS”

Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.” One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the victims appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.

Sports, politics and celebrity culture–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder,

SIN IS NOT CONDITIONAL

Perhaps the reader has encountered a happening like the following?

While out shopping with an acquaintance recently, a stop was made at a local branch of a large, national chain store. The acquaintance went inside to acquire various items on his list. Upon his return, the shopper casually remarked that “somehow” a box of candy ended up in his shopping bag. It was then further offered that the acquaintance was not aware of the box of candy in his bag until he left the store. He then offered that “It’s not like they’ll notice a little box of candy. It’s not like it would break them.”

It was at that moment (after the last attempt at justification) that the thought occurred that “Sin–specifically theft–is not conditional on HOW MUCH the item pilfered costs.”

Another thought occurred that in the end times, theft is one of the sins which men will not repent of. THEFT is one of the five great great sins mentioned by the Bible (Besides theft, mentioned is murders, sorceries, fornication and idolatry.)

“And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.”

While various legal penalties DO base their punishments on the amount of the crime, God’s Word does not.

Sin is NOT conditional. Very few sign contracts when they commit sins.

Has the reader encountered someone who downplayed a sin because it was only a “little one”? (This is especially true of lying, stealing and or cheating with someone other than your partner.)

Has the reader encountered someone who attempted to justify taking something based on the small price it WOULD have cost?

BURNING MAN: CARTOON PAGANISM

The Burning Man festival is held each year in the desert in Nevada.

Burning Man

While not specifically emphasized, this pagan “art” festival puts the focus on man and the doings of man.

This festival is heavily publicized each year in August (and September until Labor Day) by the Corporate Media.

Many readers get their understanding of pagans by reading the descriptions and looking at the pictures of the festival.

But those readers do not see pagans.

What they see is a public presentation of pagans.

“Hedonistic hippies” was one remark concerning those attending Burning Man.

IF the media was more accurate, the pagans on display at Burning Man would look a lot like neighbors, friends and others in many communities across the country. They would look a lot like many of those who congregate in the buildings we call “churches.”

This hidden pagan structure of the country will become more and more evident the closer we come to the climax of human history.

Then, the masses will get to see more than the cartoon paganism on display at Burning Man.

MEMORY HOLE

The memory hole is not only alive and well in the USA–it has been expanding!

What is the memory hole?

A memory hole is any mechanism for the alteration or disappearance of inconvenient or embarrassing documents, photographs, transcripts, or other records, such as from awebsite or other archive, particularly as part of an attempt to give the impression that something never happened.

Although the dropping of all sorts of information down the memory hole began years ago, its expansion has been noticed over the past few months across any number of Internet platforms.

This expansion spans music, lyrics, biographical details, books, quotes–in short, any piece of information which becomes inconvenient to the latest government/media line ON ANY SUBJECT.

By retroactively changing Internet articles (sometimes going back years), the elites seek to stamp out any evidence for a contradictory timeline or viewpoint.

There has even been a condition invented which pretends to explain many having contradictory memories from what the government/media is promoting. This condition–dubbed “The Mandela Effect“–seeks to reassure the many who have contradictory memories of events or information that they are wrong AND THAT such “collective false memories” are common and normal.

For the time being the fly in this Orwellian ointment is the existence of information contained in books and other media owned by private individuals which clearly contradicts the information which has been flushed down the memory hole.

So the reader may expect that loophole to be closed fairly soon.

It is later than the reader may think.

How Much Time is Left Before the End?

The popular culture is growing worse and worse.

The world is growing worse and worse.

Perhaps the reader has noticed?

And by “worse,” it does not signify some nebulous term with no specific meaning.

By “worse,” it is meant the popular culture–in almost very venue; in almost every type and and style; in almost every way–has become a hot mess of a vile, occult stew.

It is NO accident this is occurring. The end times are a time of ever-increasing perversion–and the people who live in the end times have become increasingly tolerant and comfortable with perversity.

As the reader can easily ascertain for himself.

HAS the reader determined that this is the way the world is headed?

Though there are literally dozens of examples of the culture/world/country sliding down the slippery slope, a few–from the last six months–have been collected and follow.

1- A recent trip to a bookstore–once a source of joy and adventure–revealed a very large sales display nearly in the center of the establishment. A large sign announced the theme of the display for all to see: “Witchful Thinking.” “Witchful Thinking” was loaded down with every type of how-to book on the occult, witchcraft and demonology. Filling out the table was a collection of horror, slasher and occult books from the past 200 years, as well as pewter dragonfoot cups and various grave-themed boxes.

NOW, these same types of displays have been seen at bookstores for a long, long time.

BUT, they were off to one side and NOT in the center of the store with a LARGE sign.

2- An extended listen to the radio–both broadcast and satellite–featured song lyrics as a musical form of indoctrination. After a thought or two, it was decided that A- this form of indoctrination has ALWAYS taken place (though the pace and intensity of it has very much increased over the past 50 years); and, B- popular music lyrics are perhaps the most PERFECT vehicles for propaganda/indoctrination.

This is because, in order for propaganda to be effective, it must be repeated, over and over and over again. And what is the modern format of popular music radio stations?

A VERY short number of songs which are repeated constantly throughout the day and night.

When the song lyrics spiral down to appeal to the basest instincts of man, it is like listening to a soundtrack of modern man’s slide into end times perversity.

3- This sludge-fest has also been noticed at the movie theater.

Movies are Satan’s little presents: chock full of slime, filth, gore and sex jokes–and that’s in the PG-13 offerings.

The worst offender is Walt Disney motion picture conglomerate. Disney is supposedly “family friendly” and its movies have always slipped in a number of references to sex, the occult and homosexuality. This is especially despicable because these movies are aimed at children and families.

Disney’s promotional departments AND members of its shill networks (masquerading as “fan sites“) never tire of bleating about “diversity.” “Diversity” = diversity of the perverse. Disney is heavily promoted by the world as a stickler of “traditional values.” HOWEVER, the only tradition one can be sure is upheld by the studio is its long tradition of poisoning the minds of youngsters while clueless parents look on and smile.

4- Television was once called a “vast wasteland.”

And so it is.

“…when television is bad, nothing is worse. I invite each of you to sit down in front of your television set when your station goes on the air and stay there for a day without a book, without a magazine, without a newspaper, without a profit and loss sheet or a rating book to distract you. Keep your eyes glued to that set until the station signs off. I can assure you that what you will observe is a vast wasteland.”

For decades, TV led the charge down into the abyss. Now, TV has increased competition from streaming, movies, video and computer games, smartphones and other technological advancements.

So TV–while it is still vile–seems a bit tame compared to all of the other satanic end times fruits on display.

There are two main defenses to the charge that the culture/world is little more than brain sewage which continually grows worse.

A- Anyone noticing such cultural corruption is “imagining it.”

B- Satan’s tried and true chestnut, “People have always whinged about young adults. Here’s proof.”

OF COURSE, the second “defense” offers NO evidence that the culture/world is NOT growing worse. In fact, this “defense” documents that the coarsening of the culture has been a LONG, EXTENDED process with many complaining of the VILENESS FACTOR for years.

It is interesting to note that NEITHER of these “defenses” deny how bad the culture has become.

Again, has the reader noticed this acceleration of the perverse in the public consciousness?

TODAY’S “FEUDS”

Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when there are too many rich and celebrated doing NOTHING “newsworthy.” When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.” Sports, politics and celebrity culture–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder,

THE BELIEVER AND THE ALLURE OF THE WORLD

The world has been snaring mankind for a long, long time–which is a primary reason one MUST separate from the world and the things of the world.

OF COURSE, once one has separated from the world, the fight is only just beginning. As was pointed out, the world has a long history of pulling those who have broken free back to its sin-laden bosom.

Separating from the world is a must for anyone who is serious about preparing for the end times. But separating from the world can be very difficult. A few (hopefully helpful) observations from some recent discussions from a few who are or who have already separated from the world.

It is imperative for the believer to separate from the world and the things of this world. This is hard to do–especially living in America where the entire system is set up to prevent anyone from breaking free.

The world casts its net using the things of the world–money, other fleshly appetites, recognition and honors, knowledge, skills, pleasure, alcohol, sex, drugs, rock ‘n’ roll, cars, ungodly music, houses: in short, anything that men could possibly covet– as bait.

Some of the world’s attractions are easy to forego.

Others are harder to give up.

Some worldly habits may be kicked in a day.

Some worldly lures may take several years.

Some battles with worldly attractions may be won–perhaps for four or five years or longer–and then that particular temptation may overcome the believer for a season–before (if the fight is genuine) winning again.

The key difference between a believer and the world and a non-believer and the world?

The non-believer often races to embrace the world’s sins. The non-believer mostly likely does NOT even consider the pleasures and other offering of the world as SIN.

The believer KNOWS sin is death. The believer may be overcome, but he will not stop fighting against the world and its allures until the battle is won–and the believer should have EVERY confidence the battle against the world and its attractions WILL be won.

The believer KNOWS he will win in the end because he has the assistance of God’s Holy Spirit.

“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”

The temptations and snares of the world are strong: the world has been using its fascinating baubles for a long time to great effect.

PLUS, the world will NEVER stop trying to lure those who have broken free back into its arms.

HOWEVER, God is stronger.

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

A popular theme in the days before the “superpowers” craze took off in the media/entertainment was “thought power:” that the human mind could unleash tremendous powers using nothing more than the thoughts of those thinkers who thought powerful thoughts!

Your Thoughts Can Release Abilities Beyond Normal Limits – Though published in a scientific publication, it sounds suspiciously like “visualization” which began as a New Age technique and passed into the popular culture billed as a “sports improvement” technique.

[It also ties in with all of the propaganda in the media/entertainment about “superpowers.“]

Actually, it began as New Thought which was clearly spiritual in nature and which morphed into New Age.

The deception spread into other cultural areas from there.

Being able to harness power from one’s mind is a very popular theme in super hero comics and movies. Various “super-powered” beings display sundry psychic powers (telekinesis, psychokinesis, telepathy, mind control, illusion manipulation and many others) using only their minds.

Coincidentally, these “mind powers” echo what used to be described as various demonic powers–back when mankind was not indoctrinated against such beliefs.

HEARING VOICES

It is well-known that many famous people “hear voices.”

Many of the rich and celebrated from the past have also reported that they “heard voices.”

The phenomena is so widespread and common, the Corporate Media does not try to dispute the matter.

HOWEVER, the Corporate Media (Satan’s Mouthpiece) DOES try to mislead on the subject. Mostly, it colludes with medicine and science that any voices one hears are “from within” or a “hallucination.”

Conveniently enough, a phrase has even been invented to describe the invented condition: auditory hallucination.

Many famous people have complained they heard voices–and yes, it is almost always reported as a complaint.

A list of those well-known people would include:

Anthony Hopkins, actor
Joan of Arc, French military figure
Brian Wilson, The Beach Boys
Charles Dickens, English author
Sigmund Freud (Father of Psychoanalysis)
Emanuel Swedenborg, scientist, religious figure
John Forbes Nash Jr – Nobel-winning mathematician
Mahatma Gandhi – Indian leader
Philip K. Dick – science fiction writer

For centuries, these voices were said to belong to either demons or angels. Modern American society disputes this without evidence, offering its own misleading stories.

We can know these newer stories are misleading because modern remedies for the condition almost NEVER solve the problem.

The best that can be said is the symptoms are treated, usually by the one who is afflicted being heavily sedated and/or drugged.

Also, dozens of those who have found wealth and fame have mentioned “demons” in publicized interviews.

“My demon(s)” is a common complaint of the rich and celebrated who have “sold their souls” for worldly fame and riches.

The Corporate Media pretends that the many celebrities who’ve suffered demonic torments are speaking metaphorically. However, many of these same people suffer unhappy lives–despite having every material comfort–and end up in suicide as [Robin] Williams did.

DECEIVING AND BEING DECEIVED

“But evil men and impostors shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.“

The end times are a time of overwhelming deception.

There are the masses who are deceived. They are mostly ignorant of their ignorance.

And there are those who deceive the masses. They are twice deceived.

Not only are they deceived into becoming workers of iniquity, they believe that they alone know the truth. They reason: “I know I dispense lies, so I also must know the truth.”

They are not only deceiving: they are also being deceived.

Those who engage in sorcery and witchcraft; who consult with familiar spirits; who practice divination, necromancy or other forbidden activities: ALL are deceived.

ALL believe they know more than God Almighty: ALL are deceived.

Those whose hearts are steadfastly hardened will remain deceived until they come to judgment. A few–whose hearts are NOT so hardened–may turn to the truth before it is too late.

One sign of the times: Jesus Himself warned of end times deception–and yet men are still deceived.
