REVIVAL!
One of the staples of the false churches are the events known as “revivals.”
These public mockeries of the Bible do not feature the gospel.
However, most of the church folk who attend cannot know if these sideshows feature the gospel of Jesus Christ or not: they do not know what the gospel is.

These public spectacles feature music, loud preaching and lots of fake conversions.
Sometimes (depending upon the revival preacher) they also feature counterfeit healings.
IF the reader wants to know the truth, he can. All one has to do is attend a few of these public shows and keep track of the lack of preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Too bad so few show any such initiative.

GOD IS NOT SOME BIG BUMBLING GUY IN THE SKY
It has been stated (a number of times!) in these pages that God is the most POWERFUL entity in the universe.
HOWEVER, a great number of moderns do not see it that way. For whatever reason–and they have more reasons than Carter has pills–they do NOT believe God is very powerful–IF they believe AT ALL in God.
Many believe–whether they say so or not–that God is some big, bumbling guy in the sky who is like a kindly old grandfather and who will forgive whatever transgressions they commit.
HOW can one make such a WRONG decision–particularly when their eternal destination is up for grabs?
Whether they declare them or not, here are SOME of the reasons for modern man to turn his back on God and ignore the One-Who-Created-ALL.
1- It is not believed that God is who He says He is.
For whatever reason, MANY folks do not believe God’s Word when He ALONE has control of ALL He created.
A great many wrongly believe that God is nothing more than a bedtime story told to children to get them to behave.
“For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.”

2- 1- It is not believed that God will do what He says He will do.
For whatever reason, MANY folks do not believe God’s Word when He declares He is POWERFUL.

3- Many people believe “God is Love“–and little more than that.
They have DOZENS of reasons why God will ‘look the other way’ at their sin.
Maybe they believe that God is a kindly old man who ‘lets things slide’?
Maybe they believe that God will forgive them because He will get lonely if he sends everyone to hell?
Maybe they believe that God will overlook their wrongs because He is God and He ‘will understand’?
WHATEVER the reason, a GREAT MANY FOLKS BELIEVE GOD WILL LET THEM GO BECAUSE He is God–and they are not.
BUT (and here is something the reader may want to REMEMBER): God is NOT a bumbling, old man who is afraid He might get lonely. God is God: Creator-Of-ALL.
God will do WHATEVER He feels is right.

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?
And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?
Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?
IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.
What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?
Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.”
One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.
Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”
Oh–and pro wrestling…
One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.
Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.
Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

COUNTERFEIT “REVIVALS”
The season is upon us for the flesh-pleasing get-togethers the worldly apostate churches label “revivals.”
Several aspects of these “carnival shows for Satan” were touched upon a few days ago (Man-Manufactured Revivals).
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
—Hebrews 11:6
Without faith it is impossible to please God. But the satanic sideshows called “revivals” traffic, not in faith, but in things which can be heard, seen, felt and known through the senses.
There is no faith needed when sight is used.
“(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)”

Promises of the lame walking, the blind recovering their sight, the deaf hearing: people walking by faith don’t need signs to “confirm” their faith. In Jesus’ day, the Pharisees (who operated totally through sight) DID need signs and miracles.
“But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:”

And now, the apostate churches have come full circle back to the Pharisees: they also have no faith. There is no faith operating at an event where the audience is looking for physical signs, wonders and miracles. In fact, faith operates when one cannot see physical signs.
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. “

Perhaps the worst part of this picture is the army of sight-walkers who follow the nationally-known faith healers on their revival tours, hoping that their faithlessness will be rewarded by a miracle.
And of course, the apostates call their sight-walking hunger for signs and miracles “faith.” The smiling wolves in the pulpits are all about faithless “faith.”
Those hawking the apostate “revivals” which promote/promise “miracles” are paving the way for the end times man of sin. Because the churches are totally apostate, they will worship the dragon (believing Satan to be God Almighty); because the churches are faithless, they will succumb to the allure of supernatural signs and lying wonders and miracles–all courtesy of the dragon [Satan] and the man of sin.

Mankind is being prepared today for the supernatural deceptions of the not-so-distant future.
In buildings known as churches.
At faithless side shows called “revivals.”

Obama is a sort of a poodle dog forerunner. Obama is the weak, effeminate, goof-off leader that will make Americans yearn for the “strong silent type” so that the next American president will resemble John Wayne.
Think four years of Jimmy Carter made eight years of Ronald Reagan possible.
Of course, American presidents are only puppets: playing the part that’s written for them. The next president appears to be one that will lead America into foreign adventures.

LIARS: THEIR ETERNAL REWARD
FINALLY, God’s Word informs us who will be spending eternity with the LORD, as well as those who will be on the outside looking in.
Liars are pretty much where one would expect them to be: on the outside.
“Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.”
–Revelation 22:15
IF ever there was such a time, the end times are a time for liars and the lies they tell.
HOWEVER, regardless of the time, ALL liars will face eternal judgment.
“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”
