BLACK FRIDAY –Black Friday has quite the history behind it.

That vile, American celebration (though it is no longer strictly an American celebration only) of covetousness and greed known as Black Friday is not unique as a name.

The name Black Friday has been used for days other than the day after Thanksgiving.

A few of those other days known as Black Friday are:

• Black Friday (1869), the Fisk-Gould Scandal, a financial crisis in the United States
• Black Friday (1881), the Eyemouth disaster in which 189 fishermen died
• Black Friday (1910), a particularly violent women’s suffrage event in England
• Black Friday (1939), a day of devastating bushfires in Victoria, Australia, which killed 71 people
• Black Friday (1945), an Allied air attack against German ships in Norway
• Hollywood Black Friday (1945), a riot at the Warner Bros. studios
• Black Friday (1978), a massacre of protesters in Iran

THE END TIMES ARE INTERESTING

“May you live in interesting times.”
–Well-known saying claimed to be a traditional Chinese curse

It matter not how many well-known people–including Robert F. Kennedy in a 1966 speech–repeat something, that something might not be true.

And so it is with the traditional faux-Chinese curse of “May you live in interesting times.”

NOW, this certainly sounds like it might have been said by one wise Chinese to another, but research indicates that most Chinese have never heard this phrase.

While purporting to be a blessing, this is in fact a curse. The expression is always used ironically, with the clear implication that ‘uninteresting times’, of peace and tranquillity, are more life-enhancing than interesting ones.

But whether the saying is ACTUALLY a ‘traditional Chinese curse’ or not–and there is strong evidence to indicate it is NOT–one has to admit: the times in which we now live (the end times) are certainly INTERESTING.

• The newspapers and newscasts daily scream “People Dying!  Stay Home!” as a disease supposedly stalks the land. This has turned many into fearfully-obsessive hand-washers, with governments restricting the movements of healthy citizens, claiming it is “To keep people safe!”
• Many people fear that an uprising of some sort will occur in order to “let the government know it can’t push us around.”
• Countries seem to be gradually drifting toward war.
• Economies are said to be in danger of crashing–particularly the economy of the United States.
• Every week brings NEW stories of asteroids, various space junk and other flotsam and jetsam of outer space hitting the earth with catastrophic consequences.

Interesting, huh?

But NO MATTER how interesting things may appear to be NOW, when the last days roll around, things will get interesting indeed.

IF the reader enjoys worldwide chaos, death and destruction on a HISTORIC scale, he is in luck.

Because the last days have ALL of that–and more!

First, there will be war across the WHOLE EARTH.

“And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.”

War is always interesting.

According to God’s Word, the return of Jesus Christ will herald the removal of sinners–which is practically ALL who dwell upon the earth–throughout the WHOLE WORLD.

“As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.”

Interesting!

Also according to God’s Word, there will be judgments from God smiting the earth and its inhabitants.

“And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.  And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea. Doubleplus interesting!

Now, a great many will claim–especially in the times in which we live–that they do NOT believe the Bible (God’s Word).

It makes no difference what they believe: when judgment hits them between the eyes, it will hurt whether they believe it is a judgment from God or not.

All which is to say: the end times are CERTAINLY interesting.

It is also interesting that though end times man comes under the obviously-painful judgments of God, instead of changing direction (repenting), end times man instead curses God!

Perhaps they will tell Him they hope He lives in interesting times?

And really: what is more exciting than manufactured drama?

And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?

Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?

IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.

What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?

Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.”

One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.

Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

PROMISES, PROMISES

Thanksgiving–A Time for Gratefulness to God – Ahhh, if only the piece would deliver what the headline promises.

There are many little white lies sprinkled among the ersatz sentiments, American patriotism and faux history lessons. Not very much about Thanksgiving; that’s just the holiday on which the author hangs her clever exhortations.

She does wrap the American flag around two scriptures, distorting their meaning.

The author’s bio blurb says she “calls all citizens to awaken, arise, and act in restoring one nation under God.” 

Seems to be a lot of that going round.  “Restoring the nation” is the ring through the nose by which many American church folk will be led to the slaughter.

Where did the “One nation under God” come from?

The Pledge of Allegiance.

But the original pledge, written in 1892, was:

“I pledge allegiance to my Flag and the Republic for which it stands, one nation indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

The addition of “under God” came about in 1954.  Two years later, Congress made “In God we Trust” the national motto. Because everyone knows the USA became a particularly holy nation in the 1950s.  Because the mid-50s signaled that the USA was all about God in our deeds as well as in our words.

AS IF.

Anyway, this was just in time for the churches in the USA to publicize their long downward spiral.

But what should we expect from a country that has always been shy about connecting the name of “Jesus” to our “Christian nation.”

“Rising up” is a popular exercise in America these days, especially among American church folk–particularly those of the Dominionist strain.

They say that a lot.

Rising up.

There’s gotta be a workout DVD in there somewhere…

The picture was of a US Army crowd control device, the Active Denial System (ADS). The picture has not only disappeared from Wikipedia, it has also disappeared from our WordPress photo archives.

That photo, like so much else on the Internet, has disappeared.

Down the memory hole?

A great deal of ordinary–and not so ordinary–information has disappeared or been altered over the past 7-10 years.

Catholic Diocese investigate ‘bleeding’ communion wafer being hailed as miracle by believers in Utah – Sight-walkers are not believers.

If the faithless are swayed and deceived by such small things, what will it be like when the dragon soon unleashes his full power?

BENNY HINN: FIRE!

Like all false prophets, Benny Hinn is a showman: he puts on a show for his appreciative audiences.

Out of Control …Again: Benny Hinn Screams, Hisses and Pushes followers during 2004 Toronto Canada Crusade – Hinn casts his famous “fire” anointing on the crowd and the folks at home.

Benny also visits the graves of Kathrine Kuhlman and Aimee Semple McPherson to collect their “anointing.”

As is usual, the Holy Spirit gets blamed.

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”

“The secret to Hinn’s power is his peculiar anointing, which he connects with Kathryn Kuhlman and Aimee McPherson, founder of the Foursquare Gospel Church. He first felt the “full power of the Holy Spirit” on him at a Kuhlman healing service in 1973– and her mantle has presumably fallen upon Hinn. He conducts his meetings almost exactly like hers — though it takes Hinn much longer to get his audience into the expectant mood that seems to generate psychosomatic “miracles.” In an April 7, 1991 sermon, Hinn revealed that he periodically visits Kuhlman’s grave and that he is one of the few with a key to gain access to it. He also visits Aimee’s grave, where he says: “I felt a terrific anointing … I was shaking all over … trembling under the power of God … `Dear God,’ I said, `I feel the anointing.’ … I believe the anointing has lingered over Aimee’s body.”

One thing to remember: when false teachers speak of an “anointing,” they usually are referring to demonic power.

Which is a good reason 1 John 4:1 is not a suggestion.

It is a vital command for our spiritual survival for the times in which we live.

A sad day awaits church folk who ignore the clear warnings of the Bible and attempt to stand under their own power.  Believers are warned repeatedly to be aware of deception: pleas of ignorance are not convincing.

CELEBRITIES: POSSESSED FOR FUN AND PROFIT

It has been written about in these parts more than once: the rich and celebrated actors, actresses, comedians and other performers often use spirits to enhance their performances–and they have not been shy about talking about such possessions in various interviews over the years.

The sad result is eventually, the performers lose more than they gain.

Which is WHY, so many that appear to have so much (worldly possessions) end up trying to stop the noise in their minds with drugs, alcohol–and for many–death at an early age.

Robin Williams acknowledged that he had opened himself up to transformative demonic powers that aided him on stage. Without the aid of such demonic powers, it is likely that you would have never have heard of Robin Williams and many other famous celebrities.

THE NEXT BIG WAR

The Next Big War Will Be Digital—and We’re Not Ready For It

Unfortunately, the next big war will feature what wars have always featured: plenty of killing. And do not be surprised if a great deal of that killing ends up occurring in the USA.

HOWEVER, the “Next Big War,” for reasons discussed elsewhere, will have a fairly large CGI “warfare” component. The domestic death toll will still be necessarily horrific, but the U.S. military will be needed for use at a later date.

So, perhaps the “Next Big War” WILL be digital?

We will see.

THE CASE OF THE DISAPPEARING IMMIGRANTS

Reports concerning thousands of disappearing illegal immigrants have appeared in the press of many countries, including the USA and the UK.

What does it mean?

IF the press is to be believed, one possibility follows.

SWEDEN: 14,000 illegal immigrants disappear without trace – It’s never much mentioned by the media, but what does one suppose might happen to a group of people who are trying to hide when they go to a country where the natives do not particularly care what happens to them?

CONCLUSION: There is more than one reason why the elites facilitate a steady stream of illegal immigrants into Europe and the USA.

Can the reader guess what those reasons could possibly be?

Remember when the Corporate Media propaganda machine called Donald Trump–who wrote a book called “The Art of the Deal“–Mr. Outsider?

It’s not like they didn’t drop LOTS of clues to the contrary.

TALL TALES OF CLONING vs. WORD OF GOD

Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) and its hunchbacked sidekick, Science!, have promoted many tall tales of clones and cloning.

OF COURSE, these yarns challenge the Word of God, but then: that is the purpose of both Science and the Corporate Media.

CHINA: China ‘clone factory’ scientist eyes human replication – Either one believes the Bible (that God creates life) or one believes these man-constructed fables: that man creates life.
